As always Roto Rooter was quick and awesome. They took care of my clogged drain line on a Sunday evening. We used their cleanup service as well. Andy and his team were very friendly, helpful, & professional. We highly recommend Roto Rooter!

Our sump pump in the basement on Xmas Eve failed due to ice in the drainage line which caused water backup into our basement - we called roto-rooter and they were there within a few hours and they worked fast and was able to clear out the ice in the line, replaced pump and got all the water out within a few hours. They all came back the day after Xmas and they were GREAT at cleaning everything up, removed all damaged materials. We could not be any happier with their professional and courteous manner - so glad we called Roto-rooter. Thanks so much!

We recently had a water line leak that soaked through a ceiling and we knew from a prior experience to call Roto Rooter right away. James was at the house within 30 minutes walking us through the entire process, helping get our insurance claim started, and he was super responsive to follow up questions after the initial evaluation. Bradley and Vadym handled the cleanup process, removing part of our ceiling and wall, carefully moving things out of the way, covering everything in plastic, and neatly setting up the equipment to dry everything out. They were fast, polite, and left the area super clean! Great job Roto Rooter!

Had a very positive experience with Roto Rooter for a very unexpected emergency plumbing issue. They were prompt and thorough, always keeping us in the loop with what they were doing and how long it would take. Every representative from beginning to end (plumbing to clean-up) was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Butch, Vadym and Bradley and Andy were the best crew and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

The tech (Kyle) was professional, thorough, informative, and very patient. I really appreciate all of his work and getting our issue resolved. The scheduling staff was superb! Working with our schedule to make sure that we can get the situation rectified as soon as possible was top-notch and we are truly grateful to the staff from Roto-Rooter! I highly recommend this team. The pricing and work I'm sure are difficult to beat! We are very satisfied!

10/10- Overall. Andy was very nice and got me in quick then I’ve had the pleasure of working with John and Bradley and they were phenomenal! Then Dominic and Tim and they were very communicative and great.

My experience has been great so far. They all were very punctual with timing, very communicative and the mess from John and Brad was very minimal considering the work that they do. They cleaned up after themselves and overall did a nice job.

Dominic was very professional. He was very knowledgeable and assessed what needed to be fixed. He was courteous and friendly. He did a wonderful job in repairing the shower faucets in the bathroom. Roto-Rooter did a great job coming in and taking care of some water damage we had. They cleaned up afterwards. They wore booties so as not to ruin our floors, they laid down mats on the carpeted stairs so that our carpet was not ruined from walking in and out with wet feet. They were in and out in only a few hours. They saved materials they didn’t think needed to be replaced, saving us money. They let us know they were on their way so we were not unprepared. Mike, Vadym, and Bradley were very polite. Would recommend.

Great customer service. Basement flooded and we needed a plumber asap. Dominic was professional and effective in addressing broken pipes and wrecked threads on our water heater. Andrew looked out for our family's best interest with guidance around cleaning up/ mitigation services. Bradley and Vadym were super professional and helpful. All around, I would absolutely recommend Roto Rooter services.

We had Nik #264 and he was polite and courteous about our main drain clog efficiently resolved the problem and educated me about general plumbing before during and after he was working. Left me with some tips on how to keep my plumbing in good shape. Couldn't be happier with his service and knowledge. Also he made sure to clean and disinfect everything prior to leaving.

After trying everything last night to get our tub unclogged we were defeated so we called Roto-Rooter. Immediately they Dispatched Tim and he came to our rescue. Within in minutes he had a diagnose and completed the job! He went step by step with what he was doing. He had such a great personality and a good sense of humor! Our 1 year old loved watching him and interacting with him as well!

I had a major plumbing problem at my home and Ryan Tech #236 came and saved the day!! He was so knowledgeable and took care of the issue right away. He was courteous, kind, caring and professional. I highly recommend!!

It was the first night in my new house and an unbelievable plumbing catastrophe happened. It couldn't have been more stressful for me. Jack was friendly, professional, understanding, and great at his job. He even called later to see if everything was still working. I will definitely call roto-rooter back for any plumbing issues... but hopefully there won't be any more. Lol.

Roto-Rooter are great if you need a stubborn clog snaked out, or if you need something new installed, but don't call them for simple fixes! When they sent someone out to look at my dripping tub faucet, he said that because he couldn't find a manufacturer label anywhere on the outside of the pipe, he wouldn't be able to get a replacement valve cartridge so he'd need to replace the whole shower system, and quoted me $950.

I decided to do it myself. Coming in with extremely limited plumbing experience and no prior knowledge of how a tub/shower faucet system is put together, I managed to open it up and found the problem right away. It didn't even need a new valve cartridge, it just needed a new rubber seal at the end of the cartridge - I grabbed a pack of 40 assorted O-rings at Home Depot for $5 and picked the best fit. Got it all sealed up now, works perfectly with no leaks behind the wall, the whole job took me 3½ hours including research and shopping time, so even at a generous labor rate it was MUCH less than the $950 quote.

Now that I know how it works and have some o-rings lying around, I could do that repair again in less than 10 minutes. An independent plumber who actually knows how to apply basic problem solving would charge maybe $50 just for their time. So don't call Roto-Rooter for basic repairs unless you want to pay extra to replace parts that don't need replacing.

My father-in-law had a plugged sewer drain that prevented him from using any of the plumbing in the house. This kind of problem is a real pain for anyone, but my father-in-law is suffering from end stage throat cancer with only a few weeks to live. We called roto-rooter, and them came by the same day and opened the line, but informed us there were roots in the line and the pipe needed replacing. They showed me the entire length of the sewer line from the house to the street using a remote camera (fantastic tech), so I could see for myself exactly what needed to be done. The temporary fix worked and the line remained open for the few days before "the diggers" came by to do their thing. They completed the whole job in about 6 hours and left the place cleaner than they found it. Because I had seen the whole length of sewer pipe during the first visit, I knew I had a complete repair. The cost of the repair was in the thousands, but about 1/2 of what I had expected. The workmen fixed not only the sewer, but also relieved some of the angst from my father-in-law, who has plenty of other reasons for stress. Thank you Mike, Matt, and Chad.
