Called Pride Plumbing for a backed up waterline. Ethan arrived very quickly and surveyed the problem and explained what needed to be done. He did a great job and I was very pleased with his work. I would highly recommend Pride Plumbing!

I called Pride Plumbing to replace our hot water heater. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Hope was excellent in coordinating a time. Daniel helped explain the different heater options. I could tell he was very knowledge about all aspects of the work. Daniel and his apprentice Adam did a fantastic job installing a new tankless system, which they did the very next day. Thank you!

David V and Nick W came to my house on Friday to check out the drainage in my dishwasher. I was extremely impressed with their courtesy, knowledge and efficiency. They were upfront about my problem and how to fix it. As it turned out they advised a new dishwasher which they could not of course acquire for me. I was impressed that they did not try to sell me something else and only charged for the service call. I will be calling Pride Plumbing again in the not too distant future for another problem those two checked out and gave me suggestions and prices.

I called them due to water damage caused by a sump pump failure, and they were able to come out in less than 24 hours. Ethan did an excellent job replacing the sump pump and later returned to install a backup pump. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything clearly.

I just wanted to express my satisfaction with the work Matt Greenlaw did yesterday in installing our new garbage disposal. He was extremely professional and took the time to explain our various model options and the benefits of each. He was also very detail oriented both in his discussions and expert level work. We certainly would welcome Pride Plumbing back in our home in the future. The job completion was both timely and met our needs.

The Pride technician, Nick W., left not an hour ago, but I wanted to write this review with the details of his service firmly in mind. I had what I considered to be a major drainage problem in my home - every drain, whether bathroom, kitchen or utility, was affected. I made my appointment on a Sunday evening, through Pride's website (BIG points for this convenience, BTW) and Nick contacted me first thing on Monday morning, arriving soon thereafter. His approach to my problem was organized, systematic and well-reasoned - all qualities I value highly when it comes to service visits - and he completed his work in a timely and professional manner. This was my second interaction with Pride and its staff, but, should the need arise in the future, it certainly won't be my last.

We have had absolutely superb service from the excellent team at Pride Plumbing. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Steve Clark did an excellent job taking care of plumbing issues at our home in Pittsford. Sam Valley is an expert in visualizing and repairing outdoor underground pipes. He diagnosed and supervised the repair of old, cracked pipes in our front yard. No doubt that we will continue to use Pride Plumbing.

We subscribe to the Pride Plumbing “Red” Service Agreement, which includes annual inspections free of charge for water-related appliances, faucets, toilets, etc.
Technician David Valle arrive promptly and on time, despite snowy weather conditions.
He inspected and thoroughly reviewed every bathroom, washing machine, hot water heater, and kitchen faucets/dishwasher.
His communications skills were excellent and David relayed several interesting and important observations about the water-related systems and appliances in our home.
We got a relatively clean bill of health and all with no charge.
We hope to get David again should we ever need plumbing service in the future.

Sam was a bearer of good news to me. He scoped our line, and we found out we had pvc pipe, versus orangeburg pipe; we also found out our line is in good condition. We signed up for service plan to make sure the line continues to function properly.

Sam is very knowledgeable about plumbing, lines, maintenance, and over all care. Very professional!

Where do we begin?! This is our second time needing to call Pride Plumbing and each time, they have been super efficient, quick to respond, and provided EXCELLENT customer service! David V. was attentive, friendly, and did an excellent job replacing our tub faucet. He did a great job of explaining the possible issues and the trouble shooting he did to remedy the issue. He was respectful to our home and even our barking little dogs! Thanks again, David! We’ll always be picking Pride for our plumbing needs.

When a leak was discovered in our pool gas line upon closing, Pride Plumbing responded quickly. They assessed the RGE information, ensured everything was safe in the interim, and provided two options to rectify the issue.
The care that David and James took to complete the job was exceptional. Not only was their work meticulous, but they went above and beyond in their attention to detail, and in cleaning up afterward. Their work was wonderful, and they were warm and considerate in their interactions. We always trust Pride Plumbing because of their skilled and wonderful technicians.

Our past experience with Pride plumbing was good, this one I rated only as a very mediocre.
The initial technician did not discuss the options with us and suggested to replace the cartridge for the faucet saying that it would take about a week to get in.
The required part for the faucet came after more than a month, to finish the work came a different technician, very casual,
the price for the work was high.
If they charge so much nowadays they have to be up to their price tag.

Most trustworthy, supportive, comprehensive and affordable plumbing I’ve ever experienced! Customer service and scheduling was easy, time frame to arrive and complete the job was reasonable and accommodating. The team explained to be what the problem was with options for solutions - without overselling me on unnecessary updates. We worked with Sam — the absolute BEST! He saved our basement last winter when our basement flooded — and most recently we had a different issue with a pipe under our kitchen sink. I appreciate their transparency and consideration of our needs and budget — to ensure we were happy. THANK YOU ! I can’t recommend them enough.

On January 5 James replaced a basement work sink for me. Work was done efficiently and the finished job was great. Positive experience, from the estimate through to the completed job. And James is a super pleasant guy. Good communicator too.

Sam and Daniel have also done work for me in the past, and they were both excellent, too. Keep up the high standards! Nice to have a company I feel I can rely on.

Steve Clark was very knowledgeable about our shower faucet repair. He was very respectful and friendly. He was on time and did the job in a timely manner. We would welcome him back again because he did a great job!

Ethan was in and out in under an hour, and my pipe is fully cleared with a brand-new clean out! He was also incredibly personable and professional! I highly recommend Pride Plumbing! They are well-deserving of their rating!

I came home from from a 2 week vacation to find shattered pipes in the utility room. I called Pride Plumbing and Matt G. showed up on time. Matt quickly evaluated the extent of work and quoted a cost to repair on what was visible. As work continued, additional damages were identified and repaired. His work ethic, skill level, and customer service is second to none. His concern and focus on getting us basic plumbing quickly was noticed and appreciated. Nick joined Matt on Day 3 and the two of them quickly finished the job. Both Matt and Nick are a fantastic at their jobs and you should be honored to have either of them show up to work on your plumbing issues.

Mike and Matt had to dig up my front yard to replace a blocked trap. They did an incredible job! There is very little damage to any plants in the yard. Matt handled the backhoe with great expertise and managed to avoid all the low hanging limbs on a beautiful tree, that adorns our front yard. I was amazed that they were able to work in such a tight space.

Had a complete backup in the main line. This was my first time having to call a plumber and do to the reviews I chose Roto-Rooter. Dom and Nik came and were extremely knowledgeable, personable, fixed the issue, and gave great advice for future care/possible repairs without pushing unnecessary fixes. Would 100% recommend.

Bradley, and Mike, did a fantastic job for me. They came and did a water cleanup service in my basement. They were professional and courteous. Very organized operation.
My basement is now clean and dry.
