We recently had a gas leak outside the house the required emergent repair and the team came out promptly and did an excellent job at a very fair price for the repair. You get all of the perks of working with a Master Plumber, professionalism of a large commercial business, all in the setting of a very personal and warm family friendly crew. We will continue to use their services for all future needs! A+++

Roma plumbing has done a couple jobs in my home and has always went above and beyond. They consistently display professionalism and do amazing, quality work. Yesterday it was raining in my living room, I called Roman and he sent someone right out. It’s no longer raining inside my home. Roman and his team are awesome! We have been using Roman for over 5 years. We own a few investment properties, and he’s really good working with our tenants. He coordinates jobs with them and makes our life as property managers much simpler. Highly recommended.

Roma Plumbing is great to work with. They have worked on my remodeling and additions projects for years. From small fixes or clean outs to large projects that entail machinery and fully scale digs, Roma Plumbing has always come through with excellence and my costumers have been happy.

Leo was a great person. he came out and solved the issue with my shower handle and had a great attitude and also it was great service. Honestly its been one of my best experience. He took the time to go find a certain part to fix it and he did. Just a amazing guy and a great service. Finding out its a family business which makes it very awesome. If you all need great service give them a call the are really really great!

Ethan and Owen were absolutely fantastic! My basement flooded Monday at 10 PM due to an old clogged utility sink. They were able to come the next day at 10 AM and snake the drain, haul away the old concrete sink, install new pipes, and install a new sink. I wasn't expecting to get everything I wanted done in one visit, and the new sink looks and works great.

This was my first experience with Pride Plumbing. I scheduled an appointment because my main bathroom bathtub was draining slowly. James arrived promptly and reviewed several potential reasons why the tub was having this issue. After providing an estimate, I approved the service order.

Approximately 50 minutes later, the drain was flowing freely again. While he worked on unclogging the drain, James was very personable and answered all my questions without hesitation. He also explained the differences between a P-style trap and a drum-style trap. Once he finished the job, he took the time to physically show me what a drum trap looks like, as he had one in his truck.

He cleaned up thoroughly, leaving the tub and bathroom looking as though he had never been there.

As a side note, I don't use plumbing services very often, and I did feel the estimate was high since I paid a service call fee in addition to the actual job fee for work that took less than an hour. That being said, I have no other estimates to compare it to, so it may be the industry norm. Overall, I'm happy with the end result which is a free-flowing bathtub drain. I would have rated the experience with five stars had the price been lower.

update! This one includes a fantastic tankless water heater we got installed from David and James H -- super friendly, detailed, efficient, and overall fantastic technicians. Now back to my prior review, which still stands: I'm really happy with Pride Plumbing. Shout out to all the techs: David, Nick, and many others. We've had all kinds of repairs and upgrades, and their solutions are excellent, solid, and expedient. They've serviced our home for about a decade and counting. If you've got an older house, I strongly recommend having them do some preventative maintenance.

Matt came out and handled everything we need with expert care, super friendly, great service and a wonderful outcome. And it was reasonably priced. We are very pleased with Pride Plumbing.

Leaking main water shut off. Pride plumbing coordinated with the water authority and came the next day. Jan and David did an excellent job of replacing the valve. They are very professional and personable. The worksite was so clean when they left you couldn’t tell any work had been done. Pride plumbing is the only way to go.

This was my first experience with Pride Plumbing. They did an outstanding job! Sam was our plumber. He gave me a call within the scheduled timeframe 10 minutes prior to arrival. Got in and tackled the job quickly. I'll definitely be using Pride again in the future.

I recently had Pride Plumbing come out and install a carbon whole house water filter and a Tankless Water heater install as well as some bathtub stopper fixes. I live in Webster, NY.

Overall, I recommend PRIDE for their customer service and quality of work (with some small exceptions). Personally, I feel they are a bit pricey but they do great work and you pay for the quality. I'm a customer that is willing to spend a bit more for great quality and if your the same, I recommend PRIDE. I know fly by night plumbers can do these jobs for a bit cheaper but I wouldn't sacrifice the quality I feel I get from PRIDE for a slight savings.

Keith was my Tech. He was knowledgeable, straight forward and polite. He didnt try to upsell me. They got out to my house quickly and brought alot of techs to do the work efficiently. I have babies in the house and they were informative, respectful etc.

Some negatives: (reason for 4/5 stars, not 5)
Total job was around 10k, they still charged me the cost of the Tech to come out to do the estimate ($50ish). I found that odd as most companies would either provide free estimates or waive that cost when you spend 10k with them. I found that a bit overkill/cheap. Leaves a sour taste

They broke a ceiling tile that Ill have to pay for out of pocket that they didnt really mention to me after the job. Small in importance, but I noticed.
They left my Furnace switched OFF after completing the job and leaving which heated the house up to 80 degrees. Didnt really like that was missed. Thoroughness miss there.
This one is the biggest issue. They also clogged my sup-pump floater with a drainage tube that nearly flooded my basement, I woke up to the sup-pump alarm at 1am night following the work. I called that night and no return call until the next morning.

Reported these issues back and just got a "sorry". They fixed the block but felt additional compensation would have gone along way based on the size of the job and how much $ they just made off of me.

Overall, I like this company and will plan on using them again as long as I'm not price conscious. The $50 service fee call will impact my decision making on having them quote future jobs. Ill get other "free" estimates first and then go to PRIDE based on cost/quality analysis.

However, I still Recommend them over other companies I've used in the past.

Pride Plumbing is the best! I have used their services for a number of years and have always been most impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and outstanding work. Most recently, I was fortunate to have Daniel and James H. remove my old hot water heaters and install a new tankless heater. They were efficient, very knowledgeable of the technology involved and most willing to educate me on the operating facets of the new equipment. From our first meeting to discuss water heater options, I felt comfortable with their grasp of the various alternatives and costs. Further, I felt no pressure to select one option over another and I am completely happy with my choice and, even more so, with the efforts of the Pride team to make the installation process a very easy experience. I highly recommend Pride Plumbing wholeheartedly and with no reservations or qualifications. Anyone in need of extremely competent plumbers cannot go wrong with Pride!

To say I was impressed would be an understatement. We had a water main break in our front yard. An hour after Sam came to assess the situation, there was an entire crew and an excavator on site to solve the issue. These guys worked tirelessly late into the day to assure we were able to get our water back on. A huge thank you to Sam, Dan, Alex, Mike, Eddie and Ross for all of your help. You saved the day!

Pride Plumbing was absolutely amazing to work with from the office staff (Ross and Hope) to the plumbers (Matt and Ian). They got me my estimate quickly and were able to schedule the job for when we needed it done . Prior to doing the actual repairs they took the time to answer my questions and concerns . They were quick to get the work completed and at a very reasonable price. I appreciate how thorough they were and Matt and Ian did a great job Cleaning up when they were done. I wouldn’t think twice about having pride plumbing come to my home again or recommend them to my family And friends. I cannot say thank you enough to David V. and Pride Plumbing for their help and quick response to a leaking toilet problem. (I woke up to a small pond in my bathroom.) David was able to come out that morning. He was so pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the situation quickly and explained it to me. He was able to fix the problem and had the toilet back working within two hours. David is the best and I am so grateful. Thank you very much.

James came the next day to diagnose the issue and returned week later for the non-emergency replacements!

I don’t know anything about plumbing but the price was reasonable and both James and Nick were personable and professional while they were here!
