Needed repair in my retail store for a leak behind one of the toilets. They came out within an hour, replaced the bad parts and cleaned it all up. Great service!

I have used Gatti Plumbing several times over the last several years. Our plumber retired and recommended them. They consistently provide excellent service, are courteous, knowledgeable and respectful from start to finish.
(scheduling and gathering information - the “back room” Emily - she’s the best) and (todays on site plumber was William and he was great).

    I highly recommend.

Service was amazing, Will came prepared for the task at hand and was able to clear the clog way down a kitchen sink drain line easily. Even went the extra mile to make sure that everything was clean and smelling great before they left. 10/10 would reccomend.

It used to be a decent business, more or less. But since Paul left, it has deteriorated beyond belief! Their service standards have dropped below sewer level. With insatiable greed when it comes to their bill, their technicians are inexperienced, clueless and dishonest. No trivial job comes easy to them, and they never have what it takes to do it. And you are forced to pay and pay again for all their mistakes. Jon Gatti himself is always ready to tell you any absurd to cover up their lousy work. Honestly, Jon should definitely change the name of the company rather than disgrace the good old name.

In the 40 years I have owned my house, I have had several plumbing companies come and go. I have found Gatti the best! Their customer service is excellent as they have gone out of their way to schedule appointments to fit my schedule. During a recent problem, the staff contacted the supplier to find a solution to the situation. I want to give a special thank you to Mike T. and Ethan for their excellent work. Mike T. spent extra time speaking with the supplier during a troublesome installation. Mike made it work!

Absolutely outstanding service! I called for a (very) leaky faucet, Gatti had a skillful plumber at my home the same day. William very quickly identified the problem and was able to fix it under an hour. Reasonable and transparent pricing as well. I highly recommend Gatti Plumbing.

Ali and Andrew were great. Worked as a team quickly and efficiently. The entire project which consisted of running a new 2" kitchen drain line to a different sewer connection in my crawl space about 24 foot away from my double kitchen sinks. Also included new sink traps. And they cleaned up afterwards. Excellent work!!!

Mike T. and Deon Z. from Gatti Plumbing were fantastic! Professional, friendly, and thorough. Mike took the time to show me exactly what needed to be replaced, explained why, and even pointed out the corrosion and worn parts causing the issues. I left feeling confident I had chosen the right company—highly recommend!

Plumbing is seldom cheap. But the price was very fair for the work completed. I am 100% pleased with the job that Ethan and Bill did for me today. They were friendly, pleasant to talk with, highly knowledgeable and finished 3 separate jobs within 2 hours. They were finished a half hour before the time that they estimated and therefore charged me less accordingly.

I have used Gatti before and this is a great reminder of why I keep calling them for my plumbing needs. Needless to say, I highly recommend them.

I had an unusual experience, not only was my main water valve leaking in my house, but the main valve to my house was leaking also. James and Will came by and asked me to shut of my main water, I did. The pressure was still on. Come to find out the main valve to my house was leaking. They called the office which quickly called the water authorities and the water authority came out and shut off my water. James and Will finished what they could while the water authority people dug up my yard to replace the valve. Meanwhile I was told if I could call prior then 4:00 pm they could get someone out there without overtime fees. Fortunately I was able to make it prior to 4 and Gabe came out to finish what was needed. Gatti went beyond and above calling the water authorities and getting my situation taken care of. The prices were reasonable considering the time waiting for the water authorities it was much cheaper than anyone else I called, the guys were professional, experience and personable.

Gatti Plumbing helped me out today with a water leak. The refrigerator tubing broke and water spilled under the floor into the basement. Much praise to William Wood who did an excellent job overall. Thank you for your patience in explaining what the problem was and the solution to fix it. I appreciated you taking the time to answer all my questions. Thank you

I wanted to share my gratitude and appreciation with the entire Gatti organization, but in particular , with Jon and Nick who performed a complex repair for us at our Latta Road location on Monday, 1/5/26. These two gentleman were not only technically proficient, but showed top notch professionalism and concern for our neighboring tenant's space, which was left in pristine condition upon their job completion. Many thanks for a job well done! Frank LePore, Abbott's Frozen Custard of Greece

We contacted Gatti Plumbing to replace a seal on a toilet that was leaking. Techs William and Bill were sent out. They discovered that the flange was cracked and the job was much more complicated than originally anticipated. They were great. They were very experienced and thorough and did an excellent job of repairing the problem. When finished, they did a great job of cleaning up the mess created and left our house in excellent shape. I would definitely recommend them.

Seeing the abundance of typical laconic enthusiastic reviews here, I realize that I'm simply one of those Gatti Plumbing customers who just happened to have very bad luck with this wonderful company. In my experience, they are really nice people who try very hard, but nothing works out for them.

I live in a condo, and GP did downspouts/conductors for our building. After that, every summer and fall, black mold and mildew began to appear in large quantities on the walls of our basement. Despite the fact that our sump pump was in working order and we completely cleared the walls of mold and mildew every winter, with the onset of rain the problem returned and progressed, covering an increasingly larger area each year.

The specialists invited for inspection showed us that a large amount of water had built up inside two corner walls, and most of it was right near the downspout. As it turned out, and this was confirmed by video shooting during the rain, the initial installation was done with a glaring defect at the point where the downspout was connected to the underground pipe. As a result, most of the water from the roofs of as many as 4 units does not get into the external drainage pipe at all, but spills over onto our wall and the soil near it.

In this regard, GP showed up and fixed the connection. Water stopped pouring out of the bottom joint. But then, as the next rain revealed, it started pouring out of the top funnel in the same overwhelming amount. GP came again and fixed that in the second repair. To do this, they pulled up the downspout, and sure enough, the same problem immediately returned to the bottom connection. In fact, after these two repairs, it got even worse, because now the downspout is completely unsecured at the bottom and dangles freely due to both the water jets and the wind.

After all this circus (aka "Sisyphean labor"), one could not help but suspect that either they did not fully understand what they were doing, or were pursuing some other goals.

John Gatti, their President, came up with a brilliant solution to this scandalous situation. From the very witty message he sent, it follows that the existing structure (remember, it was them who initially installed it!) is completely unviable. As he said, "If the downspout pulled up, water can escape from the bottom, and if it's lowered, water can escape from the top." Ironclad logic! I was impressed. And that's exactly what they proved with their two recent so-called "repairs". And to stop water from destroying our walls everything had to have been done differently: a different adapter, a longer downspout, etc. (frankly, reading this, it was nice to see that common sense wasn’t alien to them, as it might have seemed). And for this reason, they will no longer be doing this repair. That is, we can assume (what else?) that they know how to do it correctly in theory, but have not yet mastered it in practice.

It's been about a month since their last attempt to eliminate these glaring shortcomings in their work. Accordingly, the matter is smoothly moving to another level of resolution. Meanwhile in every rain, my video camera continues to meticulously document this technical miracle created by this fabulous company. Stay tuned.
