I have used Crowley Plumbing for a variety of tasks going back as far as 1980. Jimmy and his co-workers are responsible, well-trained and reasonably priced.

James Crowley Plumbing did an excellent job on several projects at my parents home in Pittsford, NY. I will call on them again when I require any plumbing work for home or business.

I called about two weeks ago to get someone to come out to my house and give me a quote for a leak in my basement.

They representative that answered the phone said I should be receiving a phone call shortly, to schedule someone to come out.

Nobody ever called, in fact, I called them on 1/20/2019, explaining the same as I just did. After getting my information, I was told that someone will come out before Thursday (the day I'm not available for school).

Since when do we make schedules without an actual date and timeslot?

I wouldn't recommend them, AT ALL.

They showed that I am not a customer worth tending to.

Jimmy has always done right by me. Great service, done quick, and reasonably priced. Who says you cant have all three. I highly recommend Jimmy for any and all plumbing related jobs.

Jimmy and Patrick replaced the trap and reconnected my sink. They were very polite, made sure the area was clean upon finishing, and thoroughly tested the system. I am extremely satisfied with both the service provided and the price.

I woke to no hot water, they came out replaced my water heater quickly and professionally. They were on time and cleaned up after they were done. I have been a customer for many years and I will definitely use them again.

Called in the morning and they were here within the hour. Great service and fixed my problem quickly and reasonably.

I called them after highly recommended, no more than 12 hours later came , service tech John was super nice and instructional - cleared out stopped drain. And further explained an ongoing problem that we should serve as soon but not necessary right now. I would highly recommend this plumbing service and not only after the service they sent a card in the mail thanking using them and that they are here anytime for any commercial residential services.

I used James Crowley plumbing for an emergency in my rental property on 12/26/24. They were fast, efficient and reasonably priced given the holiday. Even sent me a handwritten note in the mail with my receipt. I would recommend the services to everyone!
