Had an HVAC issue with central air not blowing out cold air. The service was awesome. Did not give up until the solution was fixed. Very nice technician. Would rely on their service in the future.

Jeff and his assistant showed up at precisely the time they’d promised and got to work right away. I had a plugged drain line under my basement floor, and they made short work of clearing it. Friendly, professional, and reasonably-priced. I hope I never have a blockage this bad again, but if I do, these are the guys I’ll call. Excellent.

I bought a house two weeks ago and on Sunday July 3rd, my sewer backed up into my basement. Tim came out, diagnosed the problem and did a temporary fix and explained to my dad and I the next steps we needed to take. He was extremely professional, helpful and did it all with a smile on his face. He saved the holiday weekend for us. Thank you!

I phoned them around 9ish this morning, within an hour they were here, checked out the problem in my basement, which had several inches of water on the floor. They got to work & was done in about an hour & started the clean up process for me. The price was Very reasonable. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing service & highly recommend them. FYI if you are using cleansing wipes in your bathroom be mindful that they may clog your drain pipes. Thank you Star Rooter⭐️

Jeff and his crew, Erik and Javier did 2 jobs for us. The first was to replace our bathtub, shower and shower enclosure, and the second was to replace our kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. We did have a problem with the shower faucet, which took 3 times before we were satisfied. But they returned and didn't stop until we were happy. Throughout all of the installations, Jeff and his workers did a fantastic job. They were professional, courteous, and pleasant. And when they were finished, everything was cleaned up better than when they started. I would highly recommend using Star Rooter for any plumbing project.

We called on a Sunday for a main drain backup. We couldn't use any sink, tub, or flush without risk of a mess. First leaving a message at the office desiring emergency service and a VERY short time later we received a return call from Jeff. We reiterated we needed emergency service and he said he would send someone out our way as soon as he could. The man sent was knowledgeable, courteous, quick and knew what he was doing. After my mom had called another company and all they did was run a snake in the outside drain and nothing inside the house but trying to use a plunger on her clogged toilet they charged her 400.00 and didn't fix the problem. I called star rooter (suggested by my boss)and within 2 hrs he arrived and it took him about a half hour to diagnosis and fix the problem. He was very nice and professional and I highly recommend this company

I had a break in my water line and the team that came out to fix it was great! They did quick clean work and answered all the questions I had. Setting things up with Jeff was also a breeze! Highly recommend!

We had an emergency issue at our apartment and had to have a plumber call late at night. I don’t recall who it was that came, but they were so friendly and patient with us and our pup. When he came the next day to finish the job everything went smoothly, he was very quick, professional, and courteous. Highly recommend!

Where to start ...When I called RHP I was so distraught, as one is while water is pouring from a ceiling. The service rep. was so polite and professional but also caring and genuine concerned for me and my emergency. A plumber was almost immediately dispatched and at my home in less than an hour.
Ron and his partner quickly set to work find the issue. (Which required a tremendous amount of work...cutting through walls and ceilings...)I had a pretty big disaster on my hands with a cracked sewer stack! He stayed on later and made sure to stop further damage and assured me he would have me up and running in no time. The next morning at 830am sharp they returned and within a few hours removed the damaged pipe...and ran brand new pvc from the 2nd story all the way to the basement. Boom! I had a working toilet again. All of this in 24 hrs or less. So impressive. I cant say enough about how nice these guys were too...they showed sympathy while being total professionals. Ron is a true Master!! Thank you.

Botched job. Left us with more property damage than the cost of his job. We had to hire a contractor to fix what he screwed up! Do yourself a favor sand call a more well known contractor. go to find out he doesn't even have up to date permits with town of gates or Greece! Gatti Plumbing came, in uniform, put on slippers..... wow what a huge difference!

I use this company quite often. They always work with you to get what you need done in a timely matter. If you need the impossible done, they will get it done.

Everything was fantastic. They took my issue and honestly made it seem like it was their own. It took them a little longer then expected but they wanted to do the job right. Also the price was fantastic. I’ll have them on speed dial.

I have watched the same truck (truck 106) countless times going down the freeway at 85+ mph, in and out of traffic on the 490 on my way to work in the morning, causing hazardous driving conditions to other drivers. I would not recommend people this careless to do any line of work. I'll make sure I take my business elsewhere if I ever need this type of work done
