Did a great job. He was professional an answered all of my questions. I am very glad that I chose Lalonde plumbing.

Derek was great! Came right in, diagnosed our problem and immediately went to work. He was through and timely. Clean up was spotless, I never would have known he was in our home, let alone snaking our pipes that had a ton of buildup. We have used other people who have left a mess for us to clean up after they were gone. Price was extemely reasonable, would recommend to anyone looking for good, honest work!

Mitch and Chris just left and did a fantastic job of replacing 3 toilets and resealing basement housing for pump. Will call them back for any additional needs since we were impressed by their customer service skills, efficiency at tasks and cleanup as well as overall work ethic.

When I came back from vacation, my pipes had burst. The Lalonde Plumbing came immediately upon being called spent the rest of the day here and fix the problem, efficiently, and professionally. Extra I would recommend them.

I would highly recommend Lalonde Plumbing. I called to have a new main water valve replaced. They coordinated with the water authority to turn off my water. They quickly came, fixed the valve and stayed to check to make sure there were no leaks after the water was turned back on. The plumber was very respectful and efficient.

Tyler was quick to respond to my quote request for a new water heater install. Derek arrived on time and efficiently removed the old unit and installed the new water heater, answering any questions I had and cleaning up completely. I’m a new customer, and I will definitely be calling Lalonde for any future plumbing needs!

Just moved to the area & our basement flooded, so after looking online for a company, I came across Lalonde & they were out here same day, and replaced the pump within an hour of arrival. Derrick was very friendly & also helped me find the shut off switches for the water, in case I were to ever need it. Thanks for the help!

I had an urgent plumbing need with water backing up and overflowing the basement laundry sink. Someone answered the phone right away and were able to come out in under 2 hours. Very knowledge as well as efficient. He was able to fix the problem and get everything flowing again. He provided information and helpful tips on how to prevent an issue in the future.

I had the privilege of dealing with Ty. I had an emergency issue come up and he was able to come out the day after I called, and was extremely thorough and took multiple second looks after working to ensure everything was as good as it could be. Would highly recommend!

Had an issue with my sump pump at 230 this morning. Called Lalonde plumbing and they came out within the hour and got it replaced quickly and fair priced also. Very friendly and knowledgeable, 10 out of 10 recommend and will definitely use them again!
