Highly recommend! Last night, a friend recommended Tyler when we came home to a leaking water pipe in our basement. He was here by 8am this morning fixing it. He also noticed that our water heater wasn’t installed up to code (yikes!). We did not have a shut off valve nor all copper pipes as required. He was able to replace and correct it all instantly to keep us safe. Fast response, honest, professional and excellent service. Finally found a knowledgeable plumber that we can trust! Awesome! - I had my old water heater fail at 6:45am (water sensor warning). Based on a friend's recommendations on the socials, I called Lalonde at 7am. Someone answered (which was the first good sign). They said they could help me out today (another good sign, as it was 12 degrees outside). By 9:15 they had a tech (Mitchell) at my home diagnosing the situation and preparing 3 options. - The owner stopped by to introduce himself too, since he lives 3 blocks away (another good sign). I chose the option that worked best for me and Mitchell went to work. By 1pm I had my new tank installed and everything was functioning well. Knowledgeable, personable, respectful, timely, and quality work.

We just had Tyler the owner come out and give us a quote on winterizing our place. He sent out Notification of the appointment and followed up with just before he was gonna get here. He was very friendly and very professional coming into the home. he would be sending me a quote for the job, but already said what the price would be and it was very reasonable. He’s new in the business and very eager to grow the business.

Planning and scheduling our site visit was easy. Derek did a great job working with me to set a scope and process for working on our sewer system. We were very pleased with the results.

We are currently planning a new project to be scheduled for Next spring.

I called Lalonde plumbing on a Sunday evening after my hot water tank failed. Tyler was quick with a response and offered to have it repaired that night. We didn't need it fixed late on a Sunday, but they were here first thing in the morning and had us back up and running before 10:30am. Their work was clean, timely, and professional. I would highly recommend their services for any plumbing needs!

My parents had a sudden leak in their bathroom tub faucet that quickly kept getting worse. We were concerned it would turn into a bigger issue, so we searched Thumbtack and Lalonde Plumbing was the first to respond.

They were pretty flexible and able to come out almost immediately—even on a weekend—which we appreciated. There was a newer staff member handling scheduling, and while pricing communication could have been a bit clearer...she was still very professional and responsive.

Mitchell arrived, diagnosed the issue, and fixed the problem efficiently. He too was professional, friendly, and did great work. Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend Lalonde Plumbing.

Very happy with the work done at my mother's house. Reasonably priced and completed all work necessary in less than a day. Would absolutely recommend or use this company again!

The guys from Lalonde have been friendly and very professional. Got some quotes for the work we wanted done and were very please with the amount and will definitely be setting up appointments to get the work done. Will follow up after they do the work and post before and after pictures.
