Great experience for an emergency plumbing repair on the weekend. We had a technician at the house in 2 hours and the workmanship and neatness of the repair exceeded our expectations.

Mitch came to do alll the things to my toilet and replaced my toilet. Awesome work done, even cleaned my wall ! Such a great guy. Would 1000 percent recommend them to anyone!

I contacted Lalonde Plumbing about replacing a leaky kitchen sink, faucet, & garbage disposal on a Monday evening. My message was responded to in minutes by Tyler to setup a consult the next day. Michell arrived promptly & I was given a quote for the job. Tyler contacted me Wednesday to let me know he had all the materials purchased & was ready to install. We scheduled for Friday. The install went smoothly. Great communication with Lalonde Plumbing throughout, great workmanship, & great experience. I highly recommend Lalonde Plumbing.

Upon returning from Seattle for the holidays, my wife and I discovered that we had no hot water in the house. I went to the basement to check on the hot water heater and discovered water on the floor - LOTS. OF. WATER. 😩

As I proceeded to meltdown (and for good reason), my wife jumped into action. She left a message with Lalonde Plumbing and they were quick to return the call.

Tyler was awesome! He set up a FaceTime call and walked me through how to shutoff water to the tank and connect a hose to drain any remaining water. He then contacted a gentleman who specializes in water removal, and that individual was at my house within an hour. It was truly amazing and put me in a much better place considering the circumstances.

Tyler was at our house first thing the next day to assess the situation, and obtain some direction relative to our choice between another hot water tank or a tankless hot water heater. We elected the tankless hot water heater and Tyler promptly entered the order with his supplier.

The order took a day to arrive. Tyler and his team were at our house at 9:00am the next morning to perform the removal and installation. Tyler, Derrek, and Mitch were friendly, respectful of our home by placing covers over their shoes (because it was snowing), knowledgeable, and their work was outstanding. It was apparent that service and relationships are extremely important to Tyler and his business.

What I loved about this interaction with Lalonde Plumbing is that they were responsive, punctual, respectful, and meticulous. Their pricing was reasonable as well and their service contact saved us $750, which was also amazing!

I highly recommend Lalonde Plumbing to anyone who has a water-related issue in their home or is planning a remodeling project.

I originally found John of J&M Plumbing years ago when looking for someone to replace our deceased garbage disposal. I called multiple plumbers up and asked them "How much to put in a new model X garbage disposal"? (I don't remember the model). John's prices were not only better, but he went on to tell me he would do what I asked, but to keep in mind that model of disposal is the super-cheap one that landlords put in and that it wouldn't last as long as a slightly nicer model. I'm a sucker for someone who tells me they will do what I ask, but explain all the options and why they may be better or worse. I've used J&M Plumbing a couple more times over the years, and John has been fantastic (and reasonably priced) every time.

He quoted me 450 plus a service fee.I did send him pic via txt. Called AP came out charge me 200 👍🏼. I am only rating him based on my interaction with him on the phone and his quoted. This rating has nothing to do with his workmanship. He may be a really good at his job i am just being cheap.

The are the best plumbing outfit that I have used here numerous times at the Townhomes at Stonebriar Glen, fast, efficient and very professional.

Horrible experience.3 times over course of 3 weeks.I have tried to rectify things with these people.Appointments are not kept and never an explanation as to why not.Job done wrong 2 different times resulting in system failure twice.And when I along with property manager called for 3rd time they could not be found.Not in office or on business owners cell.Phone never answered and messages never returned even when it was explained to them that people were freezing and that this was not a new job but a follow up on mess they created.This guy didn't even know enough to use the right parts.Incompetence is one thing but hiding by failing to communicate is gutless.I had no choice but to pay another company who actually knew what they were doing to resolve my problem essentially paying twice for same job.Now if they didn't know how to repair a boiler all they had to do was say so as opposed to stealing my money and then hiding.
