The crew was amazing, did a great job. I had a tree between my garage and my neighbors fence removed and they got it done with no problem. Didn’t have to wait long for them to do the service after calling to move forward with the service I was quoted they came out in 2 day. Definitely will recommend them!!!

All Seasons came and removed some large and damaged limbs that were hanging over my house. While taking care of the requested limbs they also cleaned up some others that where not in great shape. They did a wonderful job and left things neater than they found them. They were also nice enough to cut and neatly stack some of the limb wood for me to save for use in my fireplace.

Scott took down a tree in our yard and left our yard a mess. We thought he would come back and clean up but he did not. We had to get more crusher and clean up ourselves. Not very professional at all . Would not recommend this service

Scott took over 2 months to find 6 stumps and remove 2 maples, he left without the work being complete and increased the prices as time went on. He refused to have a conversation on the matter. He was aggressive towards my wife and left out driveway unusable. To the point that we had to clean up his mess. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

This company is irresponsible. I personally didn’t even hire them. Apparently they were hired by my neighbor who lives behind me to remove some large trees on their property. One of those trees happens to be right behind my garage.
When I got home, they were there with all their equipment, and I found that they had destroyed two rhododendrons and an azalea that have been there for 15 years as well as a large section of the garden by my garage along with a knocking down a shepherds hook that had a wind chime on it. They also left behind all sorts of debris, sticks, and wood chips all over my yard and driveway.
When I went out there to ask them what was going on they were completely dismissive and acted like they had no control over what happened. The guy actually told me I’m lucky that it wasn’t worse damage. He said they tried to be careful, but oh well, it just happened and there was nothing they could do about it. I guess they were also climbing all over the roof of my garage as well, when they were removing it.Seriously? How unbelievably unprofessional. When I asked what was going to be done to rectify the damage or what compensation was going to be made so that I could fix the damage, I was told that they were not responsible at all. In their opinion, it was the homeowner who hired them who is responsibility to replace and fix the property damage that Huston caused. Sorry, but no. Of course, I tried calling the company directly and no answer. Definitely do not hire this company. If they are so careless about a neighbors property, imagine how careless there will be with yours. In the end the owner did agree, and follow through on giving me some financial compensation to replace some of the plants that were destroyed. However, I’m still left to clean up the mess.

Start to finish of our process with FCT was just awesome. We had just bought our first home and noticed a couple of problem trees almost immediately after closing. Rather than wait for storm season - we decided to rip the band-aid off.

Andrew came out to diagnosis everything on our property, and make recommendations - he gave us a best/worst case proposal for each tree. Pricing was inline and competitive with other offers we had from companies in the area.

Pete's crew came out about a month later and took out two 50+ ft trees right next to our house - two big pieces each, in the pouring rain - without leaving a trace. The crew was in and out in about 2 hours.

Stump grinding and all removal was done at the same time, so we didn't need to schedule a follow-up or sit with anything unsightly on our property.

What attracted me to Flower City Tree was the fantastic reviews. Now, I understand why. They were on time, friendly, conscientious, good and fast. They layed down sacrificial "boards", which they drove across, used a narrow, tracked, green scorpion with a bucket, and employed a red, small, nimble, and strong claw for the removal of larger branches. The bucket operator was observant, deliberate, and safe. Guys on the ground were always busy dragging branches out to chip (on site), and picking up. They left my property exactly as they found it, minus the branches I wanted outa here. I can't say enough good, and I'll call them again.

Absolutely giving Flower City Tree Service a 5-Star review! Daniel and his crew went above and beyond. Every member of the crew was polite, helpful, and did their respective jobs well. They were on time, efficient, and cleaned up after, even making a second round for one last check. Will definitely use them again for the next phase of work we are planning. Thank you!

Incredible work and service. From initial contact with Julie in the office, through the quoting process with Peter, to the day of work with a team of 5 including co-owner Andrew and "the man with the saw" Peter, the process could not have been more efficient or professional. I had 5 trees removed (black walnut, locust and pine) as well as tree pruning. 3 massive trees were dangerously close to our home and the team took great care to station their truck/crane to quickly, and effectively, remove the trees and protect my home and property. They were respectful, communicative, neat and careful. I cannot say enough good things about this company and this team. All that AND their price was very reasonable. Anytime I need tree service in the future, Flower City Tree will be my first and only call.

I had an extremely bad experience with Flower City Tree yesterday; my neighbor called to have the tree on my property trimmed, ( he had asked me numerous times to take it down, and tried this himself.) I saw many Flower City Tree vehicles in front of my home, and came out to verify that my tree was not being taken down. Immediately the worker I spoke to had an attitude, and was very rude. He said noone "had to speak to me", and ended by yelling repeatedly for me to "get back into my house!!" I cannot tell you how rude he was and the last time I was treated so poorly. I had to file a police report, because the worker would not have a conversation. ALSO - I initially called the owner/manager several times, however still have not received a reply!! I would give this tree service no stars!!

In response to Flower City's answer to this review- it all sounds very " professional" but it is all false. Also, where is my apology for the way I was treated? Poor customer service!

Flower City Tree is top notch! They have the right equipment and people to handle the tough jobs. Peter and his crew came out on a soggy day to remove a large, old maple tree. The tree was brought down safely, with minimal impact to the property, even in the muddy conditions. The entire crew did an outstanding job on what they admitted was one of their most memorable ones!

I contacted Flower City Tree on recommendation to remove a tall spruce tree in our yard. They responded promptly and their quote was very reasonable among several companies we checked with. On the day of, their large team made very quick work of our tree - we were amazed at how quickly the job was complete. Their team was friendly and professional. Invoicing process was easy. We hired Flower City Tree to remove three very tall mature oak trees, and selective pruning on the remaining eight. One tree was in a very awkward spot of being close to the back of the house with no good access and required a crane. They showed a high level of professionalism, with clear and frequent communication through the whole process. Peter's crew was polite, respectful of the property, and very efficient; we were surprised at how quickly the job was done! We were impressed with the quality of the equipment, and it was a joy to watch. These folks know what they're doing and they do it well.

They responded promptly, assessed the tree and their quote was very reasonable among several companies I checked with. The next day, the remove the down limb so it was out of the way. Later they came back to complete the work for of removing the large locust tree Pete and his team made very quick work of it. The team was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend for any tree services.

Flower City Tree just removed 3 Ash Trees from my backyard. I can not say enough about this company. Accessing my backyard was difficult, but they managed to do it very professionally and carefully. Two of the trees were within 4ft of my pool and they were extremely careful and removed the branches and limbs with crazy precision. They were very neat, quick and took great care in my property while doing the job. All the guys were very friendly and professional and seemed to take a lot of pride in their work. I would recommend them, hands down, over any other tree removal company.

Flower city Tree was recommended to me. The three man crew worked very well together and was all about safety for each other. Jose and Jack did a lot of raking and did a great job cleaning up everything! I hired Flower City Tree to take down a large cottonwood tree from my back lot.The three man crew took 4 hours to complete the job. They were polite, efficient, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I'm very satisfied with their work, and the price I paid for their service.

Very professional and efficient. Needed a "Tree of Heaven" trimmed. Pete from Flower City showed up within a day to give an estimate which we accepted. Julie emailed with an online contract and date in which the job was to be performed. Flower City adhered to that date, crew was on time, respectful, and completed the job as promised. Very good company.

Very pleased with Flower City Tree, and Nick's crew. They arrived early, took care to lay down huge pallets to protect the ground from damage. The job was pretty extensive; they brought 4-5 large trucks with all sorts of equipment, and about 5-6 guys altogether. The job was to take down a 60 foot tree and grind the stump, take down 3 trees each 100+ feet tall, leaving the stumps, and prune a large maple to get it away from the house. Excellent work all around, answered all my questions, professional at all times. Will hire them again to finish those stumps!

Flower City Tree was the best. Great quote, stuck to a schedule and got the job done not just quickly, but cleanly too. Left everything just as they found. The foreman Pete had the crew working like a well-oiled machine. Very professionally done.

Our neighborhood association had 11 yards of mulch delivered to our volunteer-maintained city park. Flower City Tree delivery was timely, driver called to let us know he was on his way and quality of product is top-notch! Highly recommend!
