I have used Flower City in the past and was extremely satisfied. I knew when I had to have a tree removed and a stump grinded that Flower City Tree was the only company thatI I wanted. As usual they did a great job. Their attention to clean up was excellent. I give them an A++++

Flower City Tree took down a massive old Chinese chestnut in my backyard and trimmed a maple tree away from the house in the village of Fairport. The team was professional & friendly from estimating to removal to cleanup. Great communication all the way through & very reasonably priced. They were amazing to watch handle a difficult job with such ease. Could not be happier.

They came out within 2 days after I requested a free quote online to prune an oak tree. The job was completed the week after the quote. Competitively priced and very easy to do business with. Highly recommended!

The six gentlemen did an outstanding job!!! Upon their arrival they reviewed with us what they were going to do. Asked us if we had any questions. Worked as a team! They were courteous. They did a complete job trimming, removing the stumps and a complete clean up. Great price! Absolutely recommend.

We moved into a house with many beautiful trees, but which needed a lot of maintenance. The Flower City Trees arborist, Liz, came out and explained her recommendations. The company was able to provide us with a quote that same day, and got us on the schedule just a few weeks later. We are thrilled with the work Liz and her team did. The trees look great, and our yard was super clean when they were all done!

Had a tree split and partially fall in a windstorm causing a hazardous situation in our backyard. The arborist that was recommended to us didn't have the tools to do the job, and he recommended Flower City Tree. Peter came out and quoted the job the same day, talked me through how and why they were using specific equipment for removal, and answered every question thoroughly and professionally. They removed and chipped the tree, a neighboring tree, and several branches that broke off another tree in that storm at an unbelievably affordable price point. When I arrived home from work, the crew was leaf blowing the driveway and raking the yard--going above and beyond, for sure! They will be our first call for maintenance on the remaining trees, and the only company we call if we ever have another tree emergency.

Team leader Pete and his crew removed a 100 foot Oak tree leaning at 30 degrees from behind our house surrounded by other trees and with a narrow access. They were super careful with our other trees and landscaping. Nothing but a bit of sawdust and a beautiful stump as evidence of their time here. Thanks for your time and expertise Pete!

I highly recommend Flower City Tree. The work was top-notch and the workers were respectful. Prompt and friendly responses to questions and concerns, competitively priced. I had several quotes from various companies, I went with Flower City Tree because John was thorough and knowledgeable. They even obliged and left some for firewood. Steve and his crew who removed my tree were great to work with!

We recently purchased a home with a huge pine in the front yard and massive Norway Maple in the back yard. These trees were causing roof, gutter, and siding damage to both of our neighbors' homes, as well as to our home. Our insurance company would not insure us without these trees being addressed. After reviewing several companies, we selected Flower City Tree. Without a doubt, we were extremely impressed with quality of work and professionalism provided by Nick, Andrew, Chris, and the entire team. For almost 2 days they worked in very tight quarters to carefully remove both trees, grind the stumps, and remove all debris. They all treated our property as if it were there own, and were a fun crew too! We would highly recommend them to anyone with large trees to remove in the Rochester area.

They did an awesome job! I had two trees that were leaning on each other and they were not looking healthy. Peter and his crew were extremely efficient (it was a lot quicker than I thought it was going to be). They also cleaned up really nicely. (Bonus: they took down the internet and phone lines that I don’t use). Also Julie from the office was very responsive and communicated well, the original appointment needed to be rescheduled by them. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I chose JM tree service because they quoted me the lowest price out of all tree removal companies I called. JM Tree Service did a good job removing the overgrown hedges on my property. We were amazed at how quick and efficient the workers were and how they took care to avoid damaging our property as well as our neighbors. I thought their price was very reasonable. There were 4 workers on site and they used 4 different massive trucks for the service, no wonder tree removal service cost a lot. The process was very easy, and the office as well as the arborist very responsive to calls and text messages. I highly recommend! Very pleased with the service!

JM Tree Service was so great to work with! They provided a fair price, explained exactly what would be done, and removed a tree from our backyard quickly given the tight space between our city house and neighbors. They provided cones to block the street the day before and did the work quickly and safely to minimize disruption to us and our neighbors. Would gladly hire them again for future tree work!

Figured I’d leaf a review for JM Tree and their crew. I had a massive dead Ash tree in my backyard that was an extreme hazard to myself and neighbors houses. JM came to provide a free estimate explaining the tools and process they would be following. Scheduling and everything was extremely seamless and their office team are very kind and courteous. They were communicative throughout the whole process, and I’d recommend their services. Not to mention, they have the best prices in the area.

My wife and I received a call from my neighbor saying our backyard big tree limb hit our roof. Being in Yellowstone for vacation, I called J M Tree Service. He came the same day and returned the following day to remove the tree limb on the roof, and covered the roof penetration. He removed the tree itself as it wouldn't last long, cleaned up the debris. I'd recommend his service.

J.M Tree Service did a great Job with the removal of 2 very tricky trees. Very limited access. It was amazing to watch the crew use their crane to remove them. But what was maybe more impressive Is when the job was completed, it was like the crew was never there. Their attention to clean up was a huge relief and impressive. Highly recommend.

JM Tree Service was wonderful! The crew was courteous and professional. We had them remove a large maple in our front yard and trim another in our back yard. They worked on both at the same time! Big crew and great equipment. The entire job took them around 3 hours including the stump grind! It was fascinating to watch. Very skilled. The trim looks great. Our backyard is tiny and we had many obstacles, but they were able to get it done without any damage to our property! They cleaned up the entire front and back yards and left it better than when they arrived. We are thrilled with their work. Highly recommend!
