Don't go with hop if you live in eastern ct they will charge you more then local oil suppliers call Brooklyn oil, so low oil, nikko oil instead

My furnace was noisier than usual when running so I made an appointment for a tuneup. The Hopenergy tech arrived within the estimated time frame and did a thorough job. The problem was resolved and my system is now running smoothly. The tech was courteous and made sure I was satisfied with his work before he left.

HOP/Kaufman Fuel company customer service is really a customer abuse operation. They schedule service appointments without ever meaning to keep them. What they keep is your service contract fees. This amounts to several hundred dollars that they pick out of your wallet. They have your money. You are left holding the bag. So customer services responded with their feigned shock and surprise. Yet there's no contact person, or extension number. Just a customer "service" dept. It's a mystery how to get anything resolved with this HOP/Kaufman outfit. Customer service availability is inconsistent and changes often. I've made a BBB complaint. BBB wants me to make a consumer affairs complaint too. My money remains in HOPs pocket. No services done/performed. They only pretend to care. They continue to abuse their "customers" in this way ! I want out of anything having to do with HOP/Kaufman. Beware...let the buyer beware of HOP !!
