WestCo 53 provided excellent service. They were on time and responsive. The owners are so nice and genuinely care about the service they provide. We used this company to install an additional vent in our daughters room to better control the heat and air since her room is over our garage. Ryan quickly assessed the issue and got the job done. One of the best decisions I made in the last several years was to call Wesco 53 and say goodbye to my old HVAC company. I was tired of being given the runaround, being charged exorbitant prices for repairs and maintenence that never seemed to fix underlying issues, or just watching them throw their hands up in the air at issues which happened under their watch. My home was always too hot, or too cold, and my bills were crazy. When they scoffed at the idea of upgrading to a higher efficiency system, I knew I needed to try someone new, so I called Wesco 53.

Installation was incredibly quick, and all of Ryan's people were very professional. Once the unit was installed, he took me and my wife on a tour of our new heating system and walked us through all the fine points and things that we needed to know.

Its now been several weeks since installation, and the system is whisper quiet, no hot spots anywhere in the home (i have temperatue sensors in every room, and the variance in this 3000 sqare foot house is less than 4 degrees everywhere) but most importantly, my consumption of electricity has been 47% lower, even with the recent cold weather. With Con-Ed tripling people's rates, this will save us thousands of dollars. I never expected this unit would pay for itself so fast.

The Wesco53 guys are top-tier. Reliable, timely, honest, and fair. I have had various issues with my compressor, many of which were during the height of summer heat and often last-minute emergencies because of a young child in the house. Wesco has always been prompt, professional, and reliable.

I have dealt with shady HVAC companies in the past that have come by multiple times to refill coolant due to an obvious slow leak. The first time Wesco53 came in, they let me know there was a leak and fixed it, rather than gouge me on coolant refills.

When less than a month later, a lightning strike unfortunately took out our brand new HVAC systems, Ryan and his team worked tirelessly to restore function to the system, troubleshooting with other vendors and communicating with our insurance in a timely and diligent fashion.

Wesco did a tremendous job advising and installing a new central AC/heat pump unit for us. We were seeking estimates for replacing our older unit, and the owner came in person to give us an estimate the day after we contacted him. Installed 2 air-source central heat pump systems (per floor). Relatively large job. Got quotes from 4 companies. Wesco 53 quote was competitive (not the lowest). But, from the very first visit it was apparent that Wesco 53 people were more knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Very impressed with Wesco 53. I hired them a year ago when I moved into a new townhome to maintain the HVAC system that was original to the home, 1993. They did a great job with that unit. I decided this year to completely replace the unit and the hot water heater. I am beyond happy. My upstairs is finally cool, the hot water gets to the upstairs bathroom faster and they have done an excellent job. I highly recommend this company.
