He is compassionate and has traveled (despite his long days) to ensure that our family would have heat overnight and and at a reasonable cost.

Most recent ER was defective thermostat. He was able to troubleshoot and reprogram an alternate as a solution to our problem.

Another notable trait… he is very respectful. I do not feel uncomfortable with him.
