I like to change my oil heat system to air to water heat pump and SNL Mechanical Inc is one of five companies approved by conEdison. He’s immediately responding to my request with a very warm professional manner. He also very kindly checked my house heat system and advised me that’s not good option for me to install air to water heat pumps system base on the conditions in the house even though losing his business by doing this so. Crawford Commercial were professional and worked quickly. I kept adding extra things on to clean and tech had no problem with the additional work. It's an old house that hadn't been maintained and now I feel very safe with my grand babies living there, all the vents are clean. I had a good experience with Crawford Commercial HVAC Inc. We had an issue with our dryer ventilation and could not find the root of the problem but Jerry the tech they sent was able to come in and clean the vent as well the cap on our roof. He was able to provide good advice about maintenance as well. I would definitely continue to use this company for air duct cleaning needs.
