This place is great! They were super responsive, the gentleman that came to our home to fix the unit was professional and I would strongly recommend them to anyone!

Great responsiveness. Within minutes of contacting them their Service Manager called me back with a solution to my problem and same day repair. My furnace is old so I will definitely be contacting them when I purchase a new one.

We were looking for central air for our home and Heat & Kool, Inc. gave us a very competitive price estimate. The workers were friendly with our family and incredibly accommodating with our kids asking questions. The central air unit runs great and provides a wonderful break from the heat. We highly recommend Heat & Kool, Inc. for your HVAC needs. The company owner, Chris, even stopped by a couple of times to see what was happening and was incredibly friendly and personable.

I used Heat & Kool for the 1st time. My 2 stage motor was only working on one stage. I figured I needed a new motor. The technician Steve analyzed the problem and found out all I needed was a capacitor saving me a lot of money. He was both knowledgeable and professional. He showed me the problem area and explained all he did. He cleaned and inspected the unit and found no further problems. I would use Heat and Kool again.

Had an ac freezing up issue on my just under 4 year old central air conditioning unit. At 1st I called that big hvac red van company I***c popular in our area who originally installed the unit to come out to fix. 5 visits , 6 weeks and over $800 later it still was not fixed. It felt like the techs were just guessing. They wanted more money to diagnose the issue and kept pushing their gold seal plan and trying to convince me that my furnace was old and I needed a new one for the cost of $4000. However they could not show me data to prove that my old furnace was causing the ac freezing issue. I got fed up and was not happy that I wasted the whole month of June being hot and paying for it

On a recommendation from a coworker I called Heat & Kool. Both the owner and his residential hvac expert came out. You could tell right off the bat that they were not looking to make a buch of money but were generally interested in solving this ac freezing issue. They found some mistakes that I***c made including discovering that the big red van company left air bubbles in the refrigerant lines which can cause freezing. They pulled out the furnace blower, did a quick 15 minute cleaning of the fan blades put it back in and the ac runs great now. No new furnace needed, no warranty service plan pushed on me and no expensive bill. Just a couple of guys who are very knowledgeable and are nice as heck and professional. I wish I knew about them sooner.

My family has used Heat & Kool three times in the past few weeks. A/C at my daughter house, my house and our place of business all decided to go on the fritz at the same time. We had a great experience each time! They arrived promptly, serviced right away and have affordable, competitive pricing! Will definitely recommend to my family and friends!

Brian was dispatched, and the service provided was outstanding, to say the least. In the end, he was able to get both units at the site up and running. I am looking forward to setting up a maintenance contract with this group in the near future.

Our furnace was on the fritz and the house was getting colder and colder. I called in the morning and the tech was here by 12:30. Replaced a part, installed a new thermostat we had bought, and showed me how to clean the filters. Daniel was courteous, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Heat and Kool is the best Heating and Cooling company I have ever worked with! I appreciate their thoroughness and professionalism. There are very fairly priced compared to other services! Steve was the best technician I have ever dealt with for any at home service! Highly recommend calling them for your residential heating and cooling issues!

Tech came out to repair/clean my HVAC unit. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and honest. He was able to fix all my issues and didn't try to push me towards a repair or service I didn't need.

Our property at Extra Space storage was blistering hot customers and staff both complaining Ryan from Heat and Kool did a fabulous job getting our Air Conditioning Unit back up and running what a great young man he was explained to things to where I could understand what happened that caused the ac unit to close down as a company Heat and Kool has a great employee in Ryan. Thank you Heat and Kool for staffing a great team.

There are not enough positive words in the English language to describe how tremendous an outfit this is. Install of a hot water tank was timely, swift and flawless--techs were polite, friendly and cleaned up! Three weeks later, nobody could shower w/o running out of hot water. H&K had a tech here the same afternoon, diagnosed the issue, had a replacement part fast tracked from the manufacturer under warranty and will be repairing the unit within a few days of being notified of our concerns. Good luck finding a better company to tackle your HVAC needs. They will now be replacing our 17yo heat pump. If you want trustworthy, knowledgeable, responsive and service focused, Heat & Kool should be your provider.

Previously this company was very responsive. However, they did a repair on a unit that we hadn't authorized. They admitted it was their mistake, so we suggested they contact the building owner for payment, which they never did. Now they decided they won't provide service for us at all. And, the unit they did the repair on isn't working. This is an example of not accepting responsibility for their own errors.
