Wolf was great! They showed up on time, exactly when they said they would and didn’t oversell me anything I didn’t need. My furnace was in rough shape but when they left it was running like new. They do great work.

We hired this company to instal a gas line for a new gas stove and once installed it was 6inches out from the wall and four inches out from the cabinets. This made the cabinets and drawers not openable and also pushed the stove out into my kitchen not under the range hood. We asked them to fix this and they sent a different gentleman who was able to properly instal. We paid the $380 bill for the install and parts and now they are saying we owe a second bill. We do not think this is right as the first installation was not safe or practical. Elizabeth advised us that that is for extra material. My thoughts if it was done right the first time extra material would have not been needed. I reached out to who I thought was the owner and was advised right away the company was sold. I have emailed and put a complaint in on the website with no return message or call. Do not recommend them.

Called over the weekend because I had a slow leak in my hot water heater tank and they were at my home first thing Monday morning! Was super easy and affordable! Thank you to Angela for all your help! You’re the best! And thank you to all the guys that came out to perform the work!

Our furnace was short cycling left and right and it was more than I can handle and fix on my own. Jay came out and worked on that sucker checking every sensor looking for a solution. Easily could have sold us a new furnace but instead told us that the ducts in our old house were just too small. We could change all the parts or install a new furnace and we would just run into the same problem. I’m impressed with the professionalism, customer service, and transparency of Jay and Wolf Mechanical team. 10/10 would recommend. Looking forward to having them address our duct issue and service all our HVAC needs in the future.

The folks over at Wolf Mechanical run a tight ship. They were quick to respond and quote a new water heater for me. The install went smoothly and they were very communicative during the process, ensuring I was made aware of any deviations from the original plan. After all is said and I done have a great new device that works perfectly. Looking forward to using Wolf again in the future.

Our church experienced a really bad water pipe compounded with boiler issues. Wolfe was recommended by a friend. They came out very quickly, and once they started working on the system they didn't stop until everything was correct. They were very friendly, professional, and efficient. We just had our NYS Boiler Inspection and the inspector was surprised at how a unit that old was in such great and tip top shape. Many thanks to the guys at Wolfe Mechanical for the work they did.

They quickly replaced my furnace last year when it started belching fire (don't ask)! After that great experience, I didn't hesitate to call when my hot water heater started leaking everywhere this weekend! He offered to come do it Sunday night on OT but I decided on first thing Monday morning instead! The company is super responsive, always has someone on call, they're professional and courteous and the mechanic today even offered to help clean up afterwards! Everything is so greatly appreciated!

Had my furnace and air conditioner replaced. Dakota gave me an estimate with no heavy handed sales pressure. I was able to schedule the installation within a few days of receiving the estimate. The guys showed up right on time and got to work. Once the installation was complete, they showed me how to use the new WIFI thermostat and since its still a bit cool, told me to call if there were any problems once the air conditioner had a chance to run.
Very happy with the service and the price.The guys were very friendly and professional and tidy. I plan to have Wolf do all the maintenance on the system.

“Furnace died. We tried to trouble shoot it ourselves but hit a dead end. We called a competitor and they couldn’t fit us in for a week and tried to sell me a new furnace before looking at it. It’s 40 degrees at night, Wolf fit us in the next morning. Baby face “Nick” was awesome. He may look young but he was swift and knowledgeable. His problem solving started with things that would be quickest as to not waist time and money. I appreciated that. In 40 minutes he had it running and even suggested I skip the cleaning since I had just cleaned and inspected all parts. Honesty and integrity are hard to come by these days. I’d trust Wolf again for all future needs!”

Honestly there work was great! But they didn’t charge my card they took until yesterday which was 6 months ago I called them up and told me that did that because they didn’t get an invoice they sent to my email which I wasn’t receiving…. That’s a terrible process sorry not coming here ever again.

Our old hot water heater started leaking yesterday. We called Wolf and they were here first thing this morning. Installed a new heat pump hot water heater. Great price. Great service!! Highly recommend them.

I called Wolf on an extremely cold Saturday morning in February when we woke to an extremely cold home. Shaun was quick to respond to my call and was at our house within 30 minutes. He got right to work, found the problem and had the furnace running in no time at all. I was happy to share a cup of coffee and chat for a few minutes. Best of all, the price for a weekend call was nowhere what I thought it would be. It was actually less than I had prepared myself for. I highly recommend Wolf and Shaun.
