Royal Serv gave me the most timely and excellent service installing a smart thermostat working with an old furnace which was almost impossible considering it doesn’t come with a common wire. I would recommend. Ver professional and punctual also.

I recently had my RO system installed by Royal Serve HVAC, and Vadim did an outstanding job. Highly recommend Mr. Vadim @ Royal Serve. My furnace was not working and I had an appt with another company but could not wait, temp was at 51 degrees. As a homeowner, I did my research and followed advice given during installation: New filters, checked fuses and cleaned the furnace igniter..still nothing.

Fast forward, I saw Royal Serve HVAC was HIGHLY recommended and liked that he was around the corner from me. Mr. Vadim responded immediately, we texted and was willing to come that evening but we worked it out to come the next day. He got the furnace roaring immediately. He found the issue with exterior intake/exhaust pipe that was blocked with foam that was applied nearby to seal the house, due to my innocent error (result of shoddy workmanship when siding was applied to the house; previous contractor did not piece the PVC pipes back together correctly).

What I loved the most about Mr. Vadim was his professionalism, knowledge, his calm demeanor, passion and care in helping me to understand my furnace including a crash course on how HVAC systems work. Very much appreciated! He also checked the duct work and ensured flow and no leaks for any reduced pressure.

We will be contacting Royal Serve in the near future to look into adding A/C component.

We cannot recommend Vadim enough! Our AC but the dust the first night of a 4 day stretch of extreme heat and Vadim came out after 7pm on a Sunday to try to repair it, it unfortunately was not fixable but he then came back the very next day and worked all day in 90+ heat to install a new AC for us. He was professional, kind, educational and reliable!!! If you need anyone for your HVAC needs call Vadim first!

Vadim Perju is the best! Our church, which is 178 years old, was in desperate need of a new hot water heater after the old one failed. Vadim not only offered a new like for like replacement at a discounted price but donated his time to install for no charge. We have less than a dozen remaining members (all elderly) and finances are limited. Vadim was truly a Godsend. Not only for donating his time but for his immediate response for help in getting a new unit. He responded the same day to our email and two days later the hot water heater was in! We can't thank Vadim enough, his generosity and professionalism was truly appreciated.

Best ever, thanks Vadim! So I called him knowing he was a local business and he really took care of me. I mean, the best way to describe him would be equivalent to an angel in disguise. I was sweltering in my house. I didn't have any kind of air conditioning solution and he took the time to analyze my house, analyze the rooms and he gave me a quote on getting two air conditioning units installed. And it was a competitive quote and I appreciated it. But even more than that, as he got in to do the work, he went above and beyond putting extra vent channels, widening the channels and additional duct work. And I couldn't be more happy with the results. If you're ever questioning, I would definitely recommend go with this company and ask for Vadim.

Royal Serve quickly diagnosed and replaced our failed condenser coil, which had no refrigerant. Vadim recharged and tested the system, and now everything works perfectly. He was professional, honest, and efficient. My dogs love Vadim and are grateful our AC is fixed!! If you need AC repair or HVAC service in Rochester NY, Royal Serve is the company to call!

Outstanding job and service! Got the unit with same 10 year parts and bonus 2 year labor for thousands less than the big guys. I got 5 quotes so not just comparing to one company. Job was started at 8:30 and all cleaned up by 4:30. He even laid tarps through the house as he was in/out from my garden area many times with mulch and dirt from there. Highly recommend!
