Vadim installed my water softener system, he was on time, professional and friendly. He showed and explained all of his work to me. He was even great with my puppy! I would definitely recommend him!

I was very pleased with the service I recieved. Vadim was very personable and he answered all my questions. He took the time to problem solved through a more difficult instalation due to my copper piping. His assembly looks neat and organized. Vadim even took an extra moment to fix something he saw as a problem that was not part of his installation. He did not leave my job until he knew things were running properly. I highly recommend his service.

Great customer service. While speaking with the owner on the initial call not only did he listen to the description of what was wrong but also provided several basic steps to double check before seeing if additional attention was needed. Most companies would not offer that free knowledge. Unfortunately those items to check were already done which did require a diagnostic trip. He was prompt, professional, and upfront on what options we had to remedy our issue. There was no upselling, just honest reccomendations including the price for this service. At no point was the service rushed and he took the time to listen and answer all of the questions that I had, which were many. We will be reccomending to our friends and will be using him in the future for all of are HVAC needs. Thank you Vadim!

I was impressed by his willingness to do so (it helped that we were in his way to another job), how well he explained what the issue was, and that he was able to resolve the problem within half an hour of arriving. Installation of our reverse osmosis tank set up went very well. Vadim was able to pivot and place the tank in the basement when their qas insufficient room under the sink.

We called Royal not only on one of the hottest days so far, it was also a Sunday! He was at our house within 25 min! Not only his quick response - his price was about $850 less than what one of the large companies were going to charge us! He explained everything and gave us suggestions regarding a new unit when we need it. We will definitely be using him again, and have already recommended him!
