Follow up: We purchased a new HVAC system, and Jason installed it. He was terrific. Professional, careful, and friendly. Explained everything, and did a fantastic job, from sales, to communication, to installation, to cleanup. The new AC system is working great. I have had an issue with the furnace sporadically going out. Zack listened to the problem and worked to achieve a solution. Zack explained everything to me and kept me informed thru out the cleaning. I had no heat for 3 weeks finally decide to call somebody Arndt Heating and cooling was on top of the list of my choices due to rating and professionalism. They're very professional called me after hours and early the next day to let me know and put my mind at ease so I'll have heat soon that I was going to get a furnace and they take care of Heat Program that's so I went through very quick very respectful and very professional my furnace was put in in 3 hours or less it was unbelievable it came first thing in the morning I would recommend them to anybody five stars

My husband and I contacted this company from a finding on Google for emergency service. The customer service was excellent! Very polite and exact! Called and texted before arrival, they were punctual! They were at our home within 2 hours from our initial call for assistance. Jason, the repair guy fixed our furnace in no time. He was very knowledgeable! He talked with my husband through out the process so we'd know the exact problem. Jason was very nice too. After he finished working he sat with our family and talked with us until the house warmed up just to make sure his job was fully complete and functioning properly! Zach did a great job of fixing our heating system. We had air in the system. He replaced an air vent and purged the lines. Now everything is working fine.

Technician Zach returned again this spring to service my oil furnace. He was prompt, thorough and courteous. He took his time and explained the work that was completed. Arndt was recommended to me last year and I'm so glad I called them for my furnace service.

Jasen Arndt came after midnight on Saturday when I lost my heat from my oil furnace and my annual contract company Suburban Propane refuse my request for emergency service.. My burner was fixed within 45 minutes and he had required spare parts with him to resolve issues with my burner. He was very professional and knowledgeable . I recommend his company for anyone who has an oil furnace .

We bought a house in early 2025.we knew when we bought it the furnace was 30 plus years old. But it worked. During our annual check up, it was discovered to be failing. Arndt wrote us a great quote for furnace and ac(ac was 30 years also and didn't work). Install was done in a day and the house feels better. I just can't say enough good things about Jasen and his team. Thank you.

I have no complaints with this company. They were prompt, courteous and cleaned up everything. My new units are so quiet I don't know if they are running or not. The AC keeps everything at one temperature, no ups and downs like before. The furnace, I'll have to wait for cold weather to really answer about that. If you need a new unit call Jason Ardnt. You won't be disappointed.

Had problem with either the water heater or the furnace leaking, called, came within the hr, diagnosed the problem, it was an easy fix, Jason runs his company very well and is honest, will be using him for future hvac repairs and or installation, been using him for 8 or nine yrs, very happy with him.

I did not have any problems with the cleaning and tune up of my furnace. I do have a problem with the mess and black soot left all over my floors, railing, doors and handles. After paying $240 for a service that takes an hour i should not have to clean and mop for almost an hour after. My time is not free either!!!

Zach was great! Communicated day before and was on time. Nice guy who works hard to complete the job on time and with a great attitude! Highly recommended
