Great experience. Air Serv tech reached out before arriving early for my annual service. Feroz was very professional, explaining all aspects of his HVAC service visit. It was a pleasure to work with him and Air serv.

Second time I have used this company in the last 6 months. First was my boiler and second visit was for water tank. I was very happy with both services. They do alot of little things that add to exceptional service they already offer. They do not nickle and dime the repair. They give a price and stick to it without adding dollars here and there to expand the cost. Their response time and communication is superior to anyone in the past I have used. I said it on my first repair and will say it a second time on this post...I will never use a different contractor. This company is my servicer for life. Thank you for a great experience !!!!

Between my father in law and ourselves we have been using Aire Serv for several years. They have always been upfront and provided amazing service. From a recently replaced furnace to providing CPR to the outdated one, they were always there!

This company was easy to work with. I called at 4pm on a Friday. They told me they would call at 8:30 Monday. Sunday I got a text message that they would be at our home between 12 & 2pm Monday. Monday at 7:30 they called asked if they could come at 8:30. They sent a text of who their worker was going to be along with a photo of him. He was on time. By 9:45 or AC was working again.

I called ahead to have a few filters set aside for me . When I went into the store , I met Adam. He got the 2 filters for me. As he rang them up , we started talking about the furnace itself, I ended up making an appointment for them to come to the house for a service call . I need them to check everything over and replace whatever is needed, with all the right parts…I had great customers service…. And I was lucky enough to meet the owners, right there in the store … great day!
I look forward to having them in my home..

Came super fast when I had a problem with furnace. The techician, Fernando, quickly found the problem and fixed it. He was super professional and explained everything to me along the way. His expert level of knowledge made me feel I was in good hands. Also just an overall really nice guy. Highly recommend.

Air Serv replaced my aging furnace and air conditioning system, the technicians were clean, knowledgeable, precise. System installation went smooth and successful. The installation is clean and neat, show worthy.

Techs showed up precisely on time. Very professional and tidy. I love the before and after pictures. Definitely proof that I needed a thorough cleaning of my ductwork. I have had consistent good service. Today's tech showed up at the beginning of the 2 hr service window, was professional, polite and respectful. The cleaning / check of the furnace and AC was done in a timely manner for a fair price.

Technician was on time and respectful. He informed us what he had done and made on suggestion for a possible future service.

The technicians who installed our system were courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable. The installation when smoothly and their respect for our home was obvious. We had a new American Standard heat pump system installed. We've had heat pumps for 35 years but never one that ran so quietly! We chose this system for its expected reliability and overall customer satisfaction, so we are expecting many years of trouble free comfort.

Arrived on time and were very polite. They working steadily until my new furnace and heat pump was installed and working. A very nice and clean installation.

This was the first time we used Aireserve for our furnace and A/C tuneup. Matt DiMora was our service technician.

Matt spent 3 ½ hours with us!!! Matt tested the system, inspected the filters, cleaned the coils, compression check, inspected the outside A/C unit and answered all of our questions regarding installing an electrostatic air purifier. He also tweaked the fan configuration settings as they were not optimal.

Matt is definitely a young man who knows his trade inside out. Extremely thorough, respectful of the property and has a wealth of knowledge.

We highly recommend Aireserve. We will definitely be using their services again in the future. Thank you Matt.

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding work that Fernando, Josh, and Caleb performed today. While Josh and Caleb worked on a new ductless installation, Fernando performed yearly maintenance on our tankless water heater and our other ductless system.
We were incredibly impressed with their THOROUGHNESS and METICULOUS attention to detail! We are very thankful for the time they spent on every aspect of today's visit. I also want to put a plug in for Don, who helped us get the best system for our home and our budget. Don was easy to work with and listened to our needs. I initially gave them a very low rating but it turned out to be a misunderstanding concerning the billing. It was an unfair review because they have always been very good and I highly recommend them.

Aidan and Jason came to clean the blower wheel dryer vent and duct system. They were polite, professional and efficient with the job. I am very pleased with the work they did today.
