Ardnt heating and cooling did a great job getting our boiler up an running as temps were dropping in the house. They came out and diagnosed the issue did a temp fix till they could get the parts and came back out to complete the work. Great costumer service.

This place rip me off I bought a brand new furnace from them two years ago. The pump went on it and they came out and charged me over $700. I would recommend you find someone else to do your furnace and furnace work.

When my local provider stopped servicing oil boilers two years ago, I switched over to Arndt. What a great decision! I've had two years of service and everything has gone well. Last year, Zach recommended a different size of nozzle for our home, and we could definitely feel the difference. And today, Zach came back out for our routine tune up. The communication is great from the company, the price is competitive, and I'll use them again. I would highly recommend.

Watched the Super Bowl went to bed and all was right with the world. Daughter woke us up at 230 and we realized furnace had gone out. We tried three other companies with no answer, left messages no callback. Talked to a lovely young lady who listened and said earliest they had was noon so we took it.

Zach came out was very courtesy and even listened to me ramble about my story of troubleshooting with AI. Zach quickly found the issue that the computer couldnt and had our heat back on in no time. Explained issue, why it happened and what needed to be done. Awesome experience and would recommend.

They didn’t oversell or anything and were pleasant company. They were great with informing their whereabouts leading up to the appointment as well. In need of trouble shooting on a hot water heating after losing hot water. Called one day and Zac came out the next, serviced both furnace and water heater. Charged us at a more reasonable price than the previous technicians. Very pleasant and respectful to have at the house. Will have them service again next year.

Great. I haven't had my boiler serviced in a long time. Zack arrived on time and explained what needed to be done besides the regular maintenance. Everything was completed to my satisfaction. It's a family business that strives on providing a quality HVAC services to their customers since 2002. They work on oil, propane, natural gas and electric furnaces. Expect timely communications, and a knowledgeable professional advice to help you determine the most optimal way to solve your HVAC issue(s). They will answer your questions and give you the estimates for any big project. They helped me to decide between oil and gas furnace, and were very patient with providing additional estimates to help me decide which route to take. Whether it's a small repair or a big job like a furnace replacement, they will be there for you. They arrive on time, and you get a very good notification system with reminders and tracking of them in route to you. Their pricing was reasonable, too.

I especially liked to work with Jasen Arndt, the owner. He does not cut corners; he does everything with knowledge and responsibility, and takes pride in his work. He is also personable and easy going. When he works with assistants, he takes the responsibility to supervise them and he treats them nicely, too. They leave their job site clean of any debris.

Before selecting them to replace my old furnace, I contacted several different HVAC companies. They were subpar on so many levels. I am happy that I went with Arndt Heating and Cooling and I am recommending them to others.

Fernando Molina came to my house in Spencerport to fix the pump on my boiler, when he was there he quickly diagnosed the problem, educated me about what other issues and repairs might be needed on my boiler, and was incredibly friendly and informative. The work was done quickly and with a careful eye for quality, couldn't recommend Aire Serv enough!

Caleb arrived on time and got right to work. I had a couple of concerns and he addressed them and our discussion put my concerns to rest. Caleb and I discussed my future need for a new furnace and I indicated that when the time comes, I’d be interested in getting information on heat pumps. Caleb was friendly and professional, and I would recommend Aire Serv in Spencerport for furnace and or a/c needs. My cost today included the maintenance contract for my a/c service come summer.

The gentlemen that came to clean my furnace was very efficient and personable. That is important when someone is in your home.

The serviceman was so nice. He looked at and checked every part of my furnace. I will definitely have him back again.

Our Grandson has bad allergies and we have two Wheatens and wool rugs. My husband has lung cancer and functions with 1 lung. This not only helped them but helped my seasonal throat issues. The staff are all highly professional and responsive.
