I have recently been in search of a top notch HVAC company. Local and friendly. Found it at Aire Serv..
I have been in the house here in Spencerport for 9 years and have usually called on the people who installed our system for maintenance, it usually takes a long time, just getting them here because they are not local. So it is refreshing for a friendly service tech to come out, do a thorough check and give me recommendations. Aire Serv checks all the boxes for top notch service. Thank you.

Aire Serve came out to check on our air conditioner the first of July after some warm weather because the air conditioner wasn’t keeping the house cool. The technician reported that our Freon was bad, but it didn’t need any Freon added. He also recommended that the unit be replaced because it was 20 years old. I called for clarification and then I was told the fan on the outside unit and the furnace is loud and the compressor is bad and all of them need to be replaced. The invoice stated that it is working, but it’s noisy. The system is twenty years old and has been noisy since it was installed. It turns out the previous owner had closed off some of the ducts and I found those and all is good. I was disappointed with this company for trying to sell me a new unit rather than finding the problem with my current system. If you have an older system and don’t want to buy a new system, call someone else. They did offer to deduct the cost of the misdiagnosed service call from the price of a new system that I don’t need. The system is still working great!

Great people at this company! The technician was personable and extremely thorough working on both my furnace and AC. Quick service in a heating emergency. Been with them for several years. Totally recommend.

In the past when I brought my filter frame to the counter for a replacement filter, the employee installed the new one. This time I had to bring it home and replace it myself. For twice the cost of last time a year ago.

Aden, Dave, Tom, and Kaleb were outstanding! They were all courtious, professional, and respectful of the property. Well spoken, respectful, polite young men. I feel like I should be thanking their parents here as well. Don Burgio (Sales) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and prompt with all my requests during the pricing phase (a lot of back and forth over the course of 1 day.... probably drove him nuts). Install was scheduled within two days after estimate received. The office crew was quick to deliver insurance certificates so the work could proceed on time (I live in an HOA that mandates proof of insurance before works starts). The install work was exceptional! They cover floors, stairs, wear booties, go over the RGE rebate application, do a final walk-thru, wi-fi thermostat training etc. .... the whole nine yards. I've used AireServe before for installs at family members homes and it's been consistantly excellent. Rick (owner/operator) has genourosly helped me troubleshooting a problem in the past at a family member's home at no cost and it hasn't gone forgotten. I cannot say enough about these guys and gals and I'll highly recommended AireServe to anyone I know in need.

I cannot say enough about Airserv, especially Fernando! We have yearly maintenance done and Fernando has always been on top of his game. He goes above and beyond to help the customer and he takes his time to explain everything. It is clear that he loves what he does, and he truly cares about his customers. If you are looking for any HVAC work, this is your place and Fernando is your guy!

The guys that came here were so nice, professional and very knowledgeable in their trade. They both went above and beyond to answer my questions. I would use them again without questions! And, they left no mess!!!!!

We had our vents cleaned by Air Serv. Our whole experience from inquiry to scheduling to service was great. They were friendly, prompt, and professional. We shopped around and Air Serv was the most budget friendly option as well.

Aire Serv has been my go to for HVAC for a few years now. They have always been amazing to work with and very transparent. I have their annual service plan where they come out twice a year to check my system. When I had a recent problem, the service Tech took time to show me a problem, explained the issue, shared his recommendation, answered my questions, detailed next steps, and asked if I had any further questions. Amazing customer service! I’d highly recommend.

The repairman came out and fixed my furnace quickly. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I really appreciated his honesty and the way he explained everything clearly. Great service overal!

The staff at Aire Serv; everyone from the answering service to the service tech were pleasant and knowledgeable. My furnace stopped working and it was getting cold in the house. The tech called as he was coming to the house so I would know when he was to arrive. He quickly diagnosed the problem and double checked the problem to confirm the estimate. As quickly as the estimate was don't, the repair was completed. He also went above and beyond to remedy an issue that was not right, before he left. This philosophy of going above and beyond will keep me as a customer.

I would like to thank David and Josh and the rest of the crew on the magnificent job they did installing my new furnace and in record time. I would also like to thank Holly for being there when we first called , she has such a pleasant demeanor. I will always recommend Air Serv to others.

I work for a church. Our boiler recently stopped working. They came out on a Sunday, between services, and had us up and running very quickly. They are a pleasure to do business with.

On time (actually, early!). Great communications. The tec (Adam) was friendly and explained each step as he performed them. He found the igniter on our Goodman furnace was nearing its end of life (after 118years) and recommended replacement. He had all the parts on hand and did the job quickly, cleaned up and replaced the filter. He even contacted the office so I could make appointments for AC service next spring and furnace maintenance for the fall of 2026. Aire Serv has always delivered excellent service at a reasonable price.

Worked with Tom, David, and Taylor..all of whom represent your company with utmost care and professionalism. We made the quantum leap from a 23 year old mechanical thermostat to the new 4th generation Google Nest. It’s like going from a coal burner to a nuclear power plant! David took every necessary step in the installation and setup to insure that we understood the intricacies and capabilities of this sophisticated unit. He is a very knowledgeable and patient technician. It is obvious from his demeanor that he loves what he does. He takes pride in doing the job neatly, and to the satisfaction of the homeowner. Personally, I’m a perfectionist and David exceeded my expectations. This is not an easy task! We felt the cost was extremely reasonable and fair for what we received. Our thanks and gratitude to the chef David, and to Tom and Taylor as well.

Aire Serv is hands down one of the best companies to work with, if I could get them for all home repair and services, I would. As it is, they've installed and maintained a natural gas furnace - I look forward to seeing Charles every fall for my service. They've come out for mystery dripping from my hot water stack (roof issue), and duct cleaning too.

Most recently, I had a little excitement with my hot water heater and Holly got someone out here the same day to look at it and give their recommendation. I was very nervous about the heaters behavior, and much to my relief they sent two guys to replace it the very next day.

I've recommended Aire Serv to my parents, who also use them every year now, as well as friends and neighbors looking for services. I really can't say enough about these guys - thank you for always taking great care of me!
