We had 2 trees that yearly were attack by some kind of bug. Wee had Wicks come out and observed the trees. They identified the problem and recommened a solution. Porblem

Best of the best, had a tree down after a wind storm and Ryan and the Team were there when needed. Right team and equipment help in these instances and Wikes has always been the best.

Great experience from start to finish. A level of professionalism that is very, very rare these days. There are plenty of folks that cut trees, but these folks really KNOW trees and there's a big difference. And the price is right.

Used them for a few years, and the last two years I have not been happy with their service and results. Don’t know if I will continue with them for the rest of this season. Very disappointed this year.

My beautiful, aged Japanese maple had developed dry tree limbs with no leaves. They advised the treatment. They pruned and injected into the roots. My tree looks better, and I intend to continue this treatment to revive my tree.

We own an apartment complex in Rockland County. Since the properties have many bushes, trees, fruit trees/vines/bushes, we initially reached out to Ryan Kasak at Wickes to make an appointment. He came to our properties and performed an in-depth inspection and shortly thereafter generated a proposal for long term maintenance of the landscape. The proposal was well thought out and reasonably priced compared to other vendors. The first service we requested was for the removal of a dead tree. The tree removal experts arrived timely, were friendly and professional. We plan to keep Wickes as a permanent vendor for our business and would recommend their services for business and personal needs.

From start to finish, Wickes did a fantastic job! Jeff was extremely informative and had an abundance of knowledge. They were punctual and pleasant! I'm extremely satisfied with their services!

From the first visit to do an estimate, to the moment they left the property these guys were professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. They came twice - once to fertilize some trees and bushes, and then to trim and prune. I had used other companies in the past, and felt like their pricing was certainly competitive and fair. Jeff from Wickes came and did a detailed quote and drew a map of the property and provided a timely proposal without having to chase him down. He took care of all the village permits and coordinating with the power utility to work around the power lines and he notified me a week in advance of all scheduled work. The work was completed safely and professionally with no mess to clean up and no disruptions. Highly recommend.

Wicke's Arborists/A Davey Company did a great job on our property: pruning mature conifers branching over the house, and taking down a big dead tree near utility wires - all while working on uneven lot/steep slope. Working with Ryan Kasak at Wickes is an absolute pleasure. He is knowledgeable, helpful, pragmatic, and personable. He has saved many of our trees and offers useful advice. He is very responsive to requests and questions and enjoys teaching some of what he knows to homeowners like me. He also is sensitive to cost and is willing to explore alternative treatments that are less costly before more financial commitment is required. I highly recommend Ryan as an arborist. we had 3 trees one was cracked and was going to fall on our house all nested together a little sketchy . they came and cut the 3 trees down .we were very happy with them and would highly recommend them for any job and will use them always

We've had a large oak removed by them, great job. Had a pine planted by them also, and that has been a nightmare. The first one died less them a year old and was replaced on September 22, 2023. This tree is the replacement tree. Our first contact with them about this tree was May 8, 2024. Asked if I fertilize my lawn etc. No we do not. Wanted us to pay for the replacement tree. Then they said some Saturday they will replace and after that no more. We are still waiting. No communication either since then. We don't plan on using them again.

I just wanted to say I could not be happier with the work your team performed on our trees.  You exceeded expectations from trimming the side and tree tops, removing the one tree, leveling the 3 stumps, and the additional trimming of the existed trees in the back yard.  Your staff was professional, friendly, and detail oriented.

3 times a no-show. Dishonest.

Bad business. Came to give an estimate a month ago. Had an emergency situation. I was told they would be over within 2 weeks. Never showed, never heard from. I guess being a repeat customer doesn't mean anything to them. Will never use or call again.
