Appliance medic was amazing. The crew called me to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived they were professional and courteous. They fixed my dryer, cleaned it out, and cleaned up when they were done. I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend appliance medic to anyone.

I called appliance repair medic to schedule an appointment for my washing machine, unfortunately they were booked for the next 2 days. Then moments later Solomon the owner called me and said let me try and help you trouble shoot. He guided me over the phone and within minutes my washing machine was fixed. Unbelievable service! I highly recommend them extremely professional and kind!

After searching for refrigerator repair, I decided to go with Appliance Repair Medic based on current reviews. When I made my appointment, I was given a next day appointment with a window between 2-5 pm. The men (I don’t remember their names) called at 3:30 to say they were 20 minutes away. So that was definitely within the timeframe. The work that had to be done was completed in about an hour and a half and they even cleaned behind the refrigerator! The refrigerator is fixed, for less money than I expected and for even less than I would have to pay for a new one. The men were professional, on time and courteous. I recommend Appliance Repair Medic.

I have been very happy with the service at Appliance Medic. I have used them for my Viking stove, and my Sub-Zero refrigerator. Regarding the frig, once the ice maker needed to be replaced and most recently the entire freezer stopped working. They correctly diagnosed the problems and it only took a short time for them to come back with the correct parts. They have been reliable and I will continue to call them!

I have had this company do several jobs with appliances in my home. Their staff are very pleasant, competent, and the charge was very reasonable. I would particularly like to mention Gabino for his work on my dishwasher.

The best appliance repair place around Rockland. We have used them on several occasion, and have always been satisfied. Repaired washer, dryer and electric oven.

First time we used them we were very happy. The next time we were quoted astronomical prices for parts for a stovetop and dishwasher. The actual repair guys are great but it’s obvious they outsource their customer service and billing. Very disappointing.

I received excellent and prompt service from Appliance Medics. The technician did a perfect job diagnosing what was wrong with my washing machine and showed me on his phone the parts that were needed . He was very patient and answered all inquiries. The company was also excellent with a quick response. I highly recommend this company.

George of Appliance Medic ,was great with communication when he got delayed.George was like a detective finding the source of our water leak.Once the source was found he gave us options how we can afford to avoid further issues.George was definitely our “hero” of the day, and if we have further issues we definitely will call George!

Our fairly new kitchen aide dishwasher needed immediate repair ; they were able to come out and service same day. The ordered part arrived quickly and our dishwasher was back in service in 3 days. I recommend!

I contacted this horrible company for stove repair. I paid them $475 cash for a New glass for the stove door. The glass was not securely placed and when the plumbers came to put the stove back the glass slid out unharmed. I called and stated what happens they sent someone out to re- repair and they were unable to. I called and asked for a refund. A man named Solomon reached out to tell me he would only refund me $130 of the $475 that I paid . Below you will see a stove with a glass that I paid $475 for nothing. DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT USE THEM!!! The building listed as they’re place of business is an abandoned building. BUYER BEWARE.

A few years back, we needed our washing machine fixed and decided to call Appliance Medic. The technician showed up on time, knew exactly what the issue was, and fixed it within a few days. Our washing machine still works perfectly today, which shows they really know what they’re doing. What truly stood out was Appliance Medic's response to our concerns. The company reached out proactively and made a genuine effort to address our issues and ensure our satisfaction. This level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated.

I can't say enough good things about Appliance Repair Medic! My oven's touch panel suddenly stopped working, and I was absolutely dreading a long, expensive repair process. But from the first call, they went above and beyond, including answering my many questions.When the technicians arrived (and they were very very accomodating to fit my tight schedule), they was professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did they fix the issue, but also gave me an honest assessment of how long my oven would likely keep running and what to expect down the road. No upselling, no pressure...just trustworthy, thoughtful service.

So IMHO, if you need appliance repairs, this is the team you want to call. They’re reliable, fair, and just great to work with. Highly recommend!

I was in a hurry to have a gasket on my freezer replaced and appliance medic could do it first. They did a great job and I agreed to the price ahead of time, not realizing what a simple repair it was. Next time I will check YouTube tutorials before paying so much to replace a freezer gasket. :) I will say that the customer service is fantastic and again the techs did a great job. They called me immediately after I posted this review, they very patiently listened to my point of view and we talked it out.

George was on time and efficient. He cleaned everything and cleaned up after himself( amazing, ladies). Problem seems to be solved for now but we’ll see.
