He was not only incredibly knowledgeable and efficient but also one of the most pleasant and friendly technicians I’ve ever met. Gabino arrived on time, communicated clearly, and handled everything with professionalism and care. He took the time to explain what was going on, made sure everything was working perfectly, and left the area spotless. The team from Appliance Repair Medic arrived on time as originally scheduled. They were pleasant and knowledgeable. It took them only about 15 minutes to diagnose the refrigerator cooling problem and another 45 minutes for the repair, part replacement and putting everything back together neatly. They even had the replacement parts with them. I was very impressed with the service. Bravo Appliance Repair Medic. Worth the money. BUT WAIT! IT GETS BETTER!

Today, about 4 months later, our dishwasher decided it wouldn’t drain. I called Appliance Repair Medic again. They were here the following day, as scheduled. Inside of 20 minutes they found the drain pump impeller was jammed by a plastic twist tie, preventing the pump from pushing water through. I didn’t even need a part. These folks are the best, and the repair team is top notch. I’m hooked.

The service was beyond our expectations. They were able to accommodate me even though they were booked for same-day service. The repairman worked quickly the whole time and knew exactly what was wrong with the dryer. I would definitely use them again.

Within just 30 minutes, he had identified the real problem: a minor component that needed replacement, not the costly parts other companies had suggested. He explained everything clearly, ordered the part, and came back just a few days later to complete the repair. My dishwasher has been running flawlessly ever since, and the cost was incredibly reasonable. I can’t recommend Appliance Medic enough—they were efficient, honest, and finally solved a problem that had been stressing me out for months!

I was so happy with the service I received. George came and quickly diagnosed the problems I was having with my fridges and he did a thorough check to make sure everything was working before he finished the job.

Do not use this company. After an initial visit (which was 5 minutes and $150)to diagnose what was wrong, we scheduled an appointment for repair. After not showing up for the appointment, we rescheduled for a second day, and once again, they did not show up or contact us When we called the following day, they lied and said they left a message.

I called for an appointment and they came the next day. They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part I needed for my stove. They came back a few days later, again the time they said and installed the part. They left with the stove working. I am very happy. The technicians that performed the work were very knowledgeable and clean, neat and left the work site the same as when they came. All in all I am very pleased and would use them again for other issues. The cost seemed fair.

I had a great experience with them. They came within 24 hours after I called, quoted me a reasonable price to fix our refrigerator, and there were no surprises. The repair guys were nice and professional, and they did exactly what they said they would do for the price they said they would do it for. Will use them again.

Our experience with appliance medic was excellent. Our dishwasher wouldn’t start. We got an appointment for the next day. Our repairman was prompt, very knowledgeable about our machine, and repaired the problem. The fee for the service was reasonable.We highly recommend Appliance Medic.

I've dealt with Appliance Repair Medic several times over the years for repairs to my Whirlpool washer and dryer. I've been able to get an appointment within 24 hours and the technicians arrive promptly at the scheduled time. They are knowledgeable in their assessments, clear and transparent in their explanations of the work that needs to be done, and do good work. I would recommend them and do business with them again.

They really affordable, experienced, on time finisher and also good at communicating. I will recommend them to people and also will suggest them to try out them for once.!

My dishwasher wasn't drying, and I wasn't sure how the repairman was even going to see the problem without running a full cycle. Gabino showed up for the diagnostic visit and five minutes later he had found the issue and manually reset the faulty switch. And instead of suggesting an expensive repair, he told me the problem might not come back and I should just wait and see. That was a week ago and so far, so good.

It's a great feeling to find honest repair people. I hope I don't need to call them TOO soon, but when something else breaks Appliance Repair Medic are my guys.

Appliance medic was quick to respond to my original request with an assessment fee of $147.95. They sent a man named George to assess the broken drain pump in my washing machine. When they ordered the part, George took the entire washer apart, to come to find that the wrong part had been sent. George charged me an additional $560. Bringing the grand total to $700!

In response to my initial request, Appliance Medic promptly provided an assessment charge of $147.95. A technician named George was dispatched to evaluate my washing machine's damaged drain pump. George disassembled the entire washer after they ordered the part, discovering that the incorrect part had been shipped. I was charged an extra $560 by George. raising the total to $700! Excellent work. incredibly expensive.

Behalf of my husband I want say about Appliance Repair Medic was outstanding service provider and they highly recommended. Very knowledgeable and skilled; I have an old but reliable washer that they were able to perform some basic maintenance on and run a full diagnostic on, assuring me that it will be OK for a long time. Nice men; will definitely employ again when needed.

Appliance Medic – BEWARE
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I’m writing this review based on my personal experience with Appliance Medic, and unfortunately, the quality of service has declined dramatically compared to previous years.

This company was once reliable, and although their prices were on the higher side, the work was generally done properly. However, after a recent service call, I can no longer recommend them. In my experience, both the professionalism and competence of the current team have dropped significantly.

What Happened:
We scheduled a service visit for a refrigerator repair. The technician who arrived explained to my wife how she could supposedly fix the issue herself — yet still charged the full-service fee. He then went on to suggest returning to our home privately, outside of the company, to perform unrelated repair work. We declined this offer because it felt completely inappropriate and unprofessional.

To make matters worse, the “advice” given for self-repair turned out to be entirely incorrect. We ultimately had to hire a different appliance repair company, who quickly identified the actual problem and replaced the necessary component.

Refund Issues:
I contacted the owner multiple times. We mutually agreed that the service fee should be refunded due to the poor and misleading service. Despite several follow-ups and repeated assurances that the refund would be issued, we still have not received it.

Bottom Line:
Based on this experience, I strongly recommend avoiding Appliance Medic. What was once a trustworthy company has, in my view, become unreliable and unprofessional.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Stay away from this company. They are, without question, THE WORST! Literally stole $150. Came to service a refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser were not working. The very nice repairman knew less than i do about appliances. He couldn’t fix the problem but said that his “management team” would contact me within 24 hours to provide a solution, and that the $150 was applicable to the ultimate cost of repair.

Of course, I heard NOTHING back. I started calling them. Always the same — oh, yes, yes, sorry for the delay, someone will be back to you very soon. And crickets. I called back again and again. Nothing. Finally I requested a refund of my $150. Seems reasonable since they stole my money. Well, you can guess how that went.

I would give this company 10 stars for WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Assuming they are licensed, they should lose it.
