I called for an appointment, and they arrived the next day. They arrived on schedule, assessed the issue, and ordered the part I needed for my stove. They returned a few days later, at the time they said, and installed the part. They left with the stove working. I am quite thrilled. The personnel who completed the work were highly knowledgeable, clean, and neat, and they left the work site in the same condition as when they arrived. Overall, I am quite pleased and would use them again for future difficulties. The fee looked reasonable.

They found the blockage but that was it, no offer to quote a fix or even a discount off the (expensive) video inspection. so if you just need video inspection and they seemed pretty responsive. Good but not really recommended.

Excellent service. Johnathan listened to our problem, and corrected the problem. Quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and polite. Initially a different company had tried to correct the problem the service man was arrogant , refused to listen and made the problem worse.

I had a man named Andy come out very polite and knew what he was doing. Came fast and was able to diagnose the problem and fix the issuse. Also very clean no mess was left behind. Highly recommend

I called Clear Line Sewer after dealing with another company who was wasting my time. Their service was a breath of fresh air. As they told me, they arrived within 1 1/2 hours from the first call, cleaned my clogged sewer professionally and efficiently, diagnosed the problem and suggested an affordable way to take care of it. I appreciated their honesty when their suggestion was the least expensive one, which saved me money. I was going to go for the more expensive option, and they explained to me why it would not be necessary. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone in need of service!

Clearline Sewer come highly recommended. Sewer backed up Sunday and by Monday am they sent Juan and within 25 minutes it was all cleared up! Great Prompt Service. I highly recommend Juan !!!

Repair man Andy was on time & made sure sewer line was completely unclogged from tree roots.

My sewer line and toilet was backing up once a month for six months. Six different plumbers from other companies came to my house to try to sneak out the pipes and fix the problem. However, it continued to back up. Then, Juan came to my house from Clear Line Sewer, and brought his equipment to snake out my pipes. To our amazement, he found a broken snake line in my pipes! It was over 10 feet long! The broken line was from a snake that should not have been used in sewer pipes. I can’t tell you how relieved I felt to finally have the answer to why my sewer line and toilet was always backing up. It has been 4 1/2 months since he came and I have had no problems!

I am so grateful for Eli and his team. After several cancelations with a different company that left my family with a clogged sewer line for over a week, Eli showed nothing but compassion for my situation. Within one hour of speaking with him, they were at my home and the blockage was resolved. I will use them for any plumbing issues in the future. If you are looking for a quick resolution and great service, please call them!!

The best company you could ask for! Very professional and fix every plumbing problem you have. Amador (sorry if i mispelled his name) was the best! Fixed everything! Cleaned after finishing! Super sweet person. If i could give this company 10 stars, I would.

Excellent service!
I used Clear Line Sewer through a warranty service.

The first company that was given to me by the service could not get to me for 4 days and then cancelled earlier today. So frustrating not to have a kitchen sink so close to Thanksgiving and after 4 days of waiting, I expected them to come through!

I called the warranty service back and they referred me to CLS. Immediately they made an appointment and Andy called me to say he was on the way- a couple of hours after I called CLS.

Andy had me take pictures under the sink and he picked up the parts on the way. 1/2 hour later the job was done and done well.

He was polite and likeable from the first contact.

Andy and his team did an awesome job at my mom’s house. Also informed us house to prevent future damage!

My clients used clear sewer line and the inspector was great. The house had a broken line connected to the city line which needed to be repaired. They went above and beyond for them and me. He got on a conference call with the sellers and his contractor that had to repair the issue on what had to be done and then checked the photos of the work that was done. I appreciated everything they did and they did it fast and with ease!

I called at 2 PM for a clog drain by 3:30. They were there same day, quick and professional cleaned up after themselves And repaired my issue at a very reasonable price.
