Worst customer service I ever saw- she took down all my personal information, promised a technician would call me regarding the issues, and no one ever called. Completely unacceptable because the customer could have hired someone else in the meantime. What a great way to get sued FYI. Clearly these “people “ have zero respect for prospective customers and obviously do not care about making money. Exactly why Staten Island has the terrible reputation of being “lazy and stupid”.

They offer a lot of services. They installed Nest thermostats for me, hung three fixtures, added recessed lights and fully secured the home with cameras and a security system. They are prompt and professional and the quality of the work is excellent. They are always available should you have any questions or need to troubleshoot issues regarding the security systems.
