We first called Coda Electro to install a new outlet for an over-the-range microwave. I spoke with Joey. I knew I hit the jackpot after speaking with him. When he came to our home to look at the job he took his shoes off as soon as he came in. He is the neatest, most experienced, polite electrician, you will ever find. He treated our home as if it were his. Then we hired him back to install a ceiling fan, replace two light fixtures, and install another outlet. He had to cut into the top of the ceiling to run the wire from the other hole that was for the fan. He took great care and made the smallest incision possible. When the job was complete he even spackled to close up the hole. I wish all contractors were like him. We would have happier customers.

I had called a different company prior to calling Coda, that company sent out three men, they were at my house 3 hours and couldn’t pinpoint the reason why I had partial power loss. I called Coda and Joey came to the house. Joey had more knowledge than all three of the men from the other company put together. He was able to determine what the problem was, and what caused the problem and he did it didn’t take him three hours! Joey has a nice demeanor, he pleasant and he’s KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Once again Joe came for another issue and was just wonderful. Joe goes above and beyond. Gives advice regarding issues in the house- not to gain more business or gauge-does it so that your home is safe. Wonderful person, which is rare these days given the way of the world. Highly recommend. Only company I will use.

Jack and joe are awesome!! First time using this company. The quotes given before they performed work were accurate and didn’t charge a penny more! Reliable, professional and knowledgeable without a doubt! Definitely our new electricians!! Definitely recommend!!!!!

Jack was so professional, taught me the proper terms for the issues we were having with our electrical panel and was knowledgeable in the proper paperwork that needed to be filed with Con Ed. From initial call for quotes to completion of work it was 6 days with all the appropriate approvals from electric company. Very reasonably priced. Would use again and recommend to friends and family

We can’t say enough good things about Jack and his crew. We called him as an emergency repair after another company messed up their work. Jack came out asap to check out the issue and within a few days started the work for us with his crew. You’ll definitely get someone who knows what they’re doing, professional and honest. My husband and I are already planning to call him for other electrical work we need for our new place.

We had a major problem with the wires feeding power to our home.It became dislodged and was a major hazard. I called Coda Electrical and our experience was 5 stars. Jack, the owner called me immediately and had us send him a picture of the problem. We had been told previously by Con Ed we needed permits and our power shut off to fix the problem. Coda showed up the next day and with in a few hours the problem was resolved. They even contacted Con Ed to notify them the problem was resolved. I do not recommended contractors unless I have had direct knowledge from my own experience. It is so refreshing to find a company that believes customer satisfaction is their main objective!

Had an amazing experience with Jack and Coda Electric. I recently experienced a power loss and I called Jack hoping he could figure out the issue. Jack was able to properly diagnose the problem within a matter of minutes and arrived to my house within an hour! The work was done phenomenally and I couldn't be happier with the service that was provided. The entire interaction was extremely pleasant and the customer service was top notch. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for reliable, knowledgable and professional electricians!

Just did a 200 amp upgrade with these guys and the work was amazing I'll definitely recommend for anyone that has an electric car charger you'll need these guys in the future they do good business if I ever had anymore future problems I'm going with these guys👍🏽

I contacted Coda to assess and repair 2 non-functioning outlets in my home. I got Jack on the phone. He was very easy to contact and communicate with. He was really flexible about the scheduling, even when some conflicts arose. When he checked the outlets, he was very clear in explaining the cause of the issue, the approach to fixing, and the methods for preventing re-occurrences in the future. He was very efficient and all-around professional. He also kept the estimate to what he suggested over the phone. The price was pretty reasonable, and as Jack said his self, "we don't nickel and dime you". I'm really happy with the service and would happily recommend Coda to anyone with similar issues!

Highly recommend. Called at 10am had someone available for same day to change out a breaker for me. Jack helped me over the phone and wanted to make sure I wasn’t being charged for a simple fix. Joey was quick, kind, and professional. Thank you. Will be a repeat customer if I ever need one again.

I have used Coda Electrico a number of times over the last few years to do some updates. I live in an old co-op building with over 100 apartments, Jack and his crew updated all the electric boxes for the entire building and since then they have done a number of jobs in my apartment including LED ceiling lights , closet lights , electrical boxes in ceiling, installed ceiling fans etc. I just had Joey in about a month ago and he installed some led closet/ pantry lighting that looks fantastic. Going to have Joey come back and do a hall closet next. My mother is also a happy customer. I highly recommend! The are my go-to guys for any & all electrical work.

Called Coda at 9:15PM to request a service call. Jack was extremely helpful and empathetic with my concerns. He was able to put me through to Joey who agreed to come out the following day. Joey was very professional and funny. He was very thorough in analyzing my electrical problems and explained to me what had happened. Joey was able to quickly resolve the issue and let know that if I had any other questions I could call them. Joey and Jack are very responsive people and very pleasant to do business with. The Quantum Electric team assigned to my property did a tremendous job. They replaced malfunctioning outlets and switches, installed a ceiling fan, and helped sort out some weird electrical issues.
