On the coldest day ( 1/31/19 & 5 above ) the furnace decided to take a vacation and not fire up. I called at 6:45 AM and The tech was there at 8:00 He found the problem & had me up and going in short order. I was prepared for an expensive repair, since it's 5 degrees out , But " Danny" said that it is the ignitor and it is a common failure & that it is an inexpensive repair ! WOW ! Great service & Honest also. This one visit has made NY Heat & Air my # 1 go to company for HVAC problem solving , "Danny" was the best.

Work was done well and quick. After about 45 cost me minutes $730. Replaced 2 capacitors, ( a very inexpensive piece) I paid but will never call back. Not sure how any of this company wants to earn your business long term!

I called on one of the hottest days of the summer when when our air went out and Danny was at our house within the hour. He was quick, efficient and professional! He diagnosed the problem and let us know the solution in no time.

I got home from a long day of work and my central air was not working, it was 84 degrees in my house!!!! I went on google and called multiple places to fix it and they all told me they can come in 2-3 days to look at it!!!! I called New York Heating and Air Conditioning and they were at my house in a half hour!!!!! They fixed the problem in a half hour and charged me half the price of the last guy that fixed it, several years ago!!!!! Also the last guy that fixed it did not mount a piece properly and was a severe fire hazard, New York Heating and Air Conditioning fixed the fire hazard and mounted the piece properly!!!!!! I would highly recommend them!!!!! The owner of the company came himself and was super honest and friendly!!!!!! What an amazing company!!!!!!!!

Where do I begin......
My parents ac unit crapped out after a few outages.
So I googled the (BEST) hvac company in Staten Island. These guys came up. I called at 5am and left a message. And at 6am I get a phone call from I'm not sure who. I think it was the owner. So I tell him the situation. He says no problem.... Ill have a guy there in an hour. He was there in 30mins. This mechanic was super cool and friendly. Before I even got to the house from work, he was already was taking the unit panels off and checking the voltage and other stuff. After checking everything he asked to come in the house to check the main panel. He said maybe your breaker crapped out. He checked them all and one did. So he told me to get a electrician and he will replace 123. This was an emergency call. This company could have lied to me and charged me a arm and a leg. But they didn't. The price for an emergency call and them showing up so early was very reasonable. Because of this mechanic and this company, I was able to fix this problem in a few hours. Thank you NEW YORK HEATING AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY!!!

I came home last night to a hot house. I called Danny of New York Heating and Cooling this morning. He responded within 30 minutes of the call.Not only did he diagnose the problem with my ac unit, he had the parts to fix the unit stocked in his van and was able to make repairs on the spot. Great service!!

Very friendly and professional. My air conditioner is now working again. I was happy with the services. I would recommend to anyone else.

Had issues with my air conditioning unit, after trying several other places I finally found someone who was professional and courteous. Tech arrived immediately after first phone call, and was able to have new unit installed quickly. Tech was up front about all fees and was extremely knowledgeable. I called Friday and Danny came first thing Saturday morning. Unless it's an emergency, I normally do not get such a quick response from other companies I have used in the past.

Danny wasted no time in getting down to work once he arrived at my house and quickly finished the maintenance. He was professional and patiently answered any questions I had regarding my HVAC system, explaining the steps he was taking so I could follow along with what he was doing.

I ended up spending more than I expected but that was due to my missing maintenance on the system for a couple years as well as it being an older system that still used R22 which is not being manufactured anymore. Danny was knowledgeable about my concerns and explained his pricing in a clear manner so I believe I did end up with a fair deal.

I will most likely be a repeat customer for future HVAC needs. Thank you!

Had multiple great experiences with NY Heating and Air. I initially called for an emergency repair and they had a tech there within an hour! By immediately providing friendly, honest and efficient service they quickly became my go to HVAC service. They were also reasonable with the pricing! I use them every year now for a tune up before the summer starts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I needed my central ac fixed fast 90 degree weather so u can imagine I needed a professional asap. Luckily I came across Danny goggling ac service and he accommodated me for same day. I was so happy very professional and knew his stuff. Pricing was excellent. I would recommend him. So if your having a problem with your ac his your man.

Danny came out within the given time frames and was able to uninstall and then reinstall my unit outside a few days later because I needed to pave the yard. Danny was respectful and down to earth. He was in and out and very professional. He did a great job covering and protecting the cables and lines while the unit was disconnected and reconnected it with new equipment! Danny is the guy I will call from now on for my hvac problems.

Dan and crew showed up in a timely manner during winter to review our needs, take measurements and give us an estimate on the replacement of our boiler and two water heaters. The work was carried out in a quick, efficient manner and within the estimate. Everything works well. We had our equipment explained to us and all paperwork and manuals were provided to us. New York Heating and Air Conditioning is top notch.

I called on Danny to install a compressor unit for the house years ago. And when we needed it repaired recently, we called him again.
