I called New York Heating and Air Conditioning today in the middle of a heat wave!!! They were amazing! I called at 9:30 am and they were at my house by 11:15 am. I also got a call 15 minutes before they arrived. When Dan show up he politely asked me about my problem and then checked both the unit in the basement and the outside unit. He diagnosed the problem quickly and I was glad it was an easy fix. Dan also took the time to discuss things that I could do myself to care for my unit. New York Heating and Air Conditioning is a professional, reasonable, honest company that is well educated in their field that excels in customer care.

Wonderful experience!!!!! Danny is the Best, very professional, called me right away to make appointment to come give me a estimate, very good price!!! Spoke to him on a Monday job completed on Friday complete replacement of heater furnace and AC unit. Would highly recommend!!!!!

Called with a bit of an emergency on one of the first hot, humid days we had because my AC unit hadn’t been prepped yet. (My won fault.) Turned it on and left for work figuring it would be fine...only to return home and find the house equally as hot and humid as when I left. It had to be towards the end of the day, but Danny showed up with a smile, diagnosed the issue almost immediately and had me back up and cooling off in a matter of minutes.

Based on my initial experience, I won’t be calling anyone else for service from here on out. New customer then; returning customer now. Incredibly knowledgeable and forthcoming, honest and transparent when it came to the repairs that were actually needed, and also recommended some maintenance that would improve the efficiency of the unit itself. I was very impressed and thoroughly pleased...and super happy to have a functioning AC again. Highly, highly recommended. Knowledge and service are second to none!

Had an issue with my HVAC system, and contacted New York Heating and Air Conditioning. Danny arrived during the appointment window he provided me with and quickly diagnosed the issue. Danny made the necessary repair to the system and everything is working perfect now.

My AC was unresponsive and wouldn't turn on when I moved my thermostat. I called Danny and got an immediate response, and in 20 minutes he came to inspect the issue. He quickly figured what was wrong and fixed it immediately. Great response and professional, described everything clearly. I would definitely call again if in need of anything.

I called on a Monday night and Danny was there Tuesday morning. Not only is he extremely pleasant to deal with, he is So reasonable And never looks to do work that is not necessary. I have called him on occasion where I thought something might be wrong with my units and he was honest and said nothing was wrong. I would highly recommend him and I have been using him for years.

My central air is not turn on. Call And Danny came right away. He check it and fix it in ten minutes, add Freon and explain to what should I do for maintenance. Danny is the best. He’s quick, to the point , on time and reliable. Don’t think twice. Danny gonna be my guy if I need help for the future. Gonna tell my friends about this company. Absolutely 5 stars no doubt.

Danny was attentive and caring. He taught me things other AC repairmen never mentioned. He arrived earlier than scheduled which was totally appreciated bc we didn’t have AC during the heat wave! He was able to figure out the problem in a professional and timely manner. We Would call him again and recommend him to others in the future.

So far, so good. What I liked the most about this company is that the technician who was sent out was very honest and straight forward about everything and I could tell there was no bullshitting me around. He was also very personable. He eventually figured out what was wrong, did a quick fix, he also offered good advice. Pricing I assume was reasonable. It wasn't a big job but I needed a part in my furnace replaced and he already had it on his truck. He also came earlier than I expected, which was great. Will use them again. Honesty is the best policy. I'm happy to have my heat working correctly, finally!

So I just bought a house in the Great Kills area and I need a hvac person because there was no filter installed in my hvac system. Danny was awesome. He can within the time frame he said he would. He came and checked out my entire system and was very informative on all parts and maintenance that needs to be done for my system. When he was done installing a new filtration system, which was done very quickly and efficiently, he then check my a/c system and found that the previous owners did not charge the system properly and charged it properly for us. He was very professional and his prices were reasonable and clear. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends. Thanks again Danny.

HVac issues arise as my heating decided to go on the fritz.
Danny came through and suffice to say my furnace - was the biggest head scratcher of "all-time". It practically needed an Exorcist.
But with Danny's refusal to let the furance from Satan bestow him, he changed a few additional parts and finally got my heat up and running.
Great down to earth gentleman, good conversationalist, and refuses to a furnace down his day. He came in clutch.
