Never returned any of my 4 phone calls which i thought was very unusual as they installed my a/c unit and I've only used them in the past. I had to now go elsewhere.

Called three times about a broken AC in 90 degrees heat. Every time I called, service representative assured me that my request for a call back to schedule an appointment was submitted. Nobody ever called or showed up. Ended up finding another company to fix the problem. Only took them an hour to return the call, show up and fix my AC.

Stan and his team went above and beyond in the job they did for me. They installed a brand new hot water heater and furnace They take such pride in their craftmanship, leaving the customer extremely satisfied I highly recommend a-1 because of their professionalism and high quality of work.
