Precise Plumbing & Heating

Anthony was very professional, neat and cleaned up when he was done. We had a flood in the Bathroom from a broken toilet turn off valve. We are so grateful that he was able to respond on a Sunday & show up in less than 1/2 an hour. Did work in 3 bathrooms. We would definitely use Precise Plumbing again.

I called 3 plumbers on a Sat morning due to needing a repair/replacement of my water heater and Anthony was the only one who called back that morning. He and his brother Chris were at my home within 3 hours with a new water heater. They were in and out in 2 hours. Great job. Professional, reliable and friendly. We've had consistent problems with our combo boiler for the past two years and it had this knack for dying on us in the dead of winter for weeks at a time leaving us without heat and hot water the entire time. The service we were using previously had to go back and forth several times just to get our unit up and running replacing many parts. It was pretty obvious that they didn't know what they were doing.

We then decided to replace the unit and found Precise Plumbing. The reviews were great and they're certified by Navien so we decided to ask them to see if they can help us with getting a quote and replacing the unit neatly. Anthony and Sal came over checked out our boiler and gave us a quote on how much it would cost and walked us through what the financing options would be. We got qualified for the loan right then and there for the boiler.

They came the next week to do the installation and not only did they replace the boiler they replaced all the piping, and ensured that all the exhaust and air intakes were vented properly. The job took two days and it they did an excellent job. Everything looks brand new and they did a VERY neat job that looks very professional. They were also patient with answering all our questions before and during the installation which meant a lot since we've had a terrible experience before with our old unit constantly failing and our previous service giving us really vague answers.

Lastly, they are super responsive. We called them the next day because the hot water was going in and out a little. They came over immediately and calibrated the unit a little and got everything running fine. For those of you curious, it was an issue with our faucets that was restricting the flow of the water hence the hot water wasn't coming through.

I highly recommend them if you're thinking of getting a new boiler/combo unit installed. They know what they're doing and they'll come over and fix the any issue you may have quickly though a situation where your boiler stops working would rarely happen.
