Gus delivered as promised. He knew what he was doing and was efficient. I could tell he was honest on the phone when he asked if I still had the rental machine so he can guide me along to give it another shot. I didn't have it and was glad I didn't get dirty another time. His price was reasonable too!

Gus got to me the same day I called, assessed and corrected the issue, was polite and professional, and did the job for a very reasonable and fair price. Highly recommended.

Everclear saved us! Our house is over 112 years old and when we experienced a devastating flood from a broken pipe in our basement we didn't know where to turn. All we knew was that we had a tremendous plumbing problem on our hands. Gus came to our home and very calmly (lol) assessed the problem and figured out a plan that would address all our concerns. Within 5 days, Everclear replaced the broken pipe, two other compromised lines, the entire sewer main and installed a sub-pump. They arrived early every day, worked extremely hard (through a heat wave I might add), and did an exceptional job. The team was experienced, fast and neat! Seriously, our basement went from looking like a bomb hit it to not having a trace of any plumbing issues in the matter of days. It was truly like magic! Gus was a pleasure to deal with. He was honest, gave us reasonable prices and supplied true craftsmen. Do not hesitate to call Gus at Everclear for any of your plumbing issues. We highly recommend them and value their service and expertise.

I had a clog in my bathroom sink and already had someone come and fix it. They broke a wall and replaced a pipe and $400 later it still wasn't working. I was desperate so I searched online and found Everclear and thank goodness I did. I read all the reviews and decided to try them. I spoke to Gus on the phone and he sounded very honest and reasonable. He came and 10 minutes later the clog was cleared with no mess. Gus was wonderful! Honest, friendly, prompt and reasonably priced! He's just gained a new customer for all future work! Highly recommend!

I 100% recommend GUS and Everclear Sewer to anyone that is having issues. Gus spent time with me on the phone on a Sunday late afternoon explaining and educating me on solutions. He then came to inspect issue and cleared the problem. He is professional, fairly priced and an overall nice person. He mentioned short term and long term solutions that I might run into in the future and how to keep my sewer line clean and flowing properly. Thank you Gus. This place is the worst!!! They sent people to my apartment on the wrong day. Then they didn't show up on the right day. When I called to ask what happened they told me if I didn't like it I didn't have to use them, called me an a**hole and hung up on me! Use anyone else!!!

Two guys came on time; did the repair. they made sure to get hold of the correct (metric) tools.

DONT DO IT!!! they are so expansive...
On top of it, morning of installation got an email that say we are not coming and call in 2 days so we can reschedule after we confirmed the day before. Even when I tried to explained to the manager that I took half day off so I can be with them, they didn't care... DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!! IF YOU DO WORK WITH THEM, DONT CRY LATER

The worst plumbing service ever. The moment they left I scheduled another plumber to redo all the work. Out of five things they needed to do they completed one. And they left two valves leaking as they were leaving. The worst plumbing service. Paid more than $450 for nothing.

They do good work and they stand by their work - if something goes wrong with a job, they will come back and make it right at no additional charge. Their guys are also very nice, easy to work with.

We hired ABR Plumbing for our bathroom renovation and again for our kitchen faucet replacement. Both times their work was outstanding! They have skilled plumbers who get the job done. We highly recommend them!

Took them 3 months to give me an appointment. Then on the day, the guy who came achieved nothing other than leaving my kitchen drain leaking when it hadn't been before and scratching up my toilet bowl and charged me $245! The guy who came spent half the time going back and forth to his truck to get stuff but I still had to pay for a full hour of "work"!

Called these folks at 3PM for emergency leak in my basement, with water spewing onto electrical wiring. They assured me they could have someone there the next day between 10AM to 1PM. I called back at 1PM, and was told they'd be on their way in "an hour or two." Called again at 3pm, and was now told they don't have any ETA. Asked them if this was how they treated all emergencies, and they said "its no worry, we'll just cancel," and hung up on me.

TLDR, 24 hours after calling for an emergency, water is still leaking onto wiring, and the plumbers are not coming, ever.
