I have used ABR Plumbing for several years and all of the plumbers have been terrific! My kitchen faucet was leaking so I hired ABR Plumbing to install a new faucet. Tony arrived early installed my new kitchen faucet quickly. During this time he noticed that some of my pipes were not installed correctly. He was able to stay and replaced all the kitchen pipes and the tubing for the faucet and the dishwasher. He was friendly, professional and cleaned up everything. I am a happy customer and highly recommend them.

My wife and I had a longstanding issue with the volume control handle with the shower in our Manhattan Condo. We contacted ABR and they helped explain the issue and assisted with ordering parts through the manufacturer's distributor in Manhattan. My kitchen sink sprung a leak, flooding my apt at 9pm last night, and ABR came and replaced the pipe today immediately. They also cleaned up the area under the sink. Definitely recommend them for efficient and thorough service. They were also very pleasant to deal with over the phone.

The owner of this company was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Joe Rotunno, the owner, came to our home for a sewer job his crew was completing and told our family that he had contacted our landlord and put an offer on our home. We have two very young children in this multi family residence, one of whom he said this in front of. There were 3 adults who he said this to. It was absolutely absurd, he was talking about the work he was going to do to the house. Talking about displacing us, right in front of us, to us. Our landlord reported that he had never even been contacted. We remain confused as to why this man felt it necessary to tell us he made an offer on our home.

JFR Construction - True Professionals from beginning to end. The Office Staff, Joe Rotunno and his Crew working in the field were Exceptional! Joe Showed up to look at the job without delay. He looked around and knew what had to be done. He got the ball rolling right away. When the crew showed up, they worked sure and steady to get the sewer connected. After the connection was complete and Inspected, they filled the trench with dirt and even put my fence back. I can’t thank them enough. Good Bunch of People.

I could not have found a more competent and professional company to locate and repair my water main leak. The City gave me only three days to have this completed. Before even being hired for the job, Joe and his office staff immediately started investigating my records at City Hall and were prepared with information before coming to give me a quote. As stressful as this situation could have been, Joe assured me that he could handle the job which also involved getting permits and arranging for inspectors to be on site since there was a gas pipe next to my water line. The repair was done expediently as his staff diligently worked and I am both relieved and grateful to this construction company for the way everything was handled.
