I will continue to request for Mr. Louis Valente to conduct the The Backflow Detection in my home. He been to my home for a number of years now to conduct said test. Specifically, Mr. Valente demontrates skill, knowledge and he is also very professional and courteous. In, closing, once again please don't send another technician to perform this task. He is always wekcomein my home.

Lou was very responsive. I didn't live at the property & he was in contact with me explaining what needed to get done over the phone. He called me several times to go over things. I would recommend this company.

I would use these guys again in a heartbeat. Anthony was quick, knowledgeable, assessed my situation quickly & I was fixed & ready to go ASAP.
He was pleasant to talk to, which made the experience that much better!

Nice bunch of guys. Had to relocate my radiators and relocate kitchen plumbing in my 160 year old brownstone. They worked the problems that came up with real professional skill. In the end, my relocated radiators actually worked. My third radiator, which had been stone cold for years is now hot!!! Now I need my steam heat boiler replaced. Going to call them in September.

Excellent service. Louie is great at what he does. Very friendly and located the problem in a matter of minutes. He also took the time to explain everything. The price was less than I expected it to be. I can't speak to the other employees, but Louie was top notch.

The service repair plumbers showed up on time as scheduled. They did a nice clean install in a timely fashion. Highly recommend Capital plumbing and will definitely be doing business with them again as needed. A+++++

Capital plumbing and heating installed two tankless water heaters in my home and the job was done fast and done right. The workers were organized and left everything spotless. They even got the job done before Christmas.

Main sewer line going to the street was clogged. Anthony came out and it was fixed in under 30 minutes. He made sure everything was closed up properly before leaving. All done for less than half the price of Roto-Rooter. Would absolutely recommend their services again.

I called Capital contracting and spoke to Luie about my problem and we fixed it in 5 min. My guy made me wait 5 days and never showed up. TheIr honesty and professionalism is outstanding. Thank you Luie you’re the man.

Outstanding service from Capital Contracting. I had an issue with the water heater leaking water into the bacement while I was away on vacation. My urgent call /request for a help was accepted and processed within 1.5 hours, I was kept updated and notified when the technician became available.
Anthony came into my house and in two shorrt hours replaced two water heaters. His profecionalism and ownership of the task exceeded any of my expectations. I would definately use the services again (hopefuly not in emergency situation next time) .

The attitudes of the service technician was negative from the beginning. Did not say hello just complain he had to come out five minutes away from beinghome. He complained that everyday is a long day and continued his complaints about having to do what he gets paid to do. He then said if he has to stay and do the work he won't get steak for dinner instead he is going to eat pizza-poor customer service after wanting to charge me $425.00 to clear a drain. This was very unprofessional behavior of a representative or owner of Capital plumbing. Best $50.00 spent to make sure I NEVER call them again.

Today Lou V came to my parents house to help with a pipe issue they were having in their 100 year old house. He communicated, was very professional and exemplified integrity and diligence. He fixed the issue and informed them of potential upcoming issues (and showed my parents so they knew what could happen).
