They did an excellent job installing brand new sewer line on a very complicated terrain for 170 yo large house, line is150+ feet long, minimum damage to the garden, got around newly planted bushes.
2 days total.
Took care of permits, did everything to the code, inspection included.
Timeframe is less then a month from the first call, it was a sort of an emergency.
Highly recommended and a pleasure to deal with in spite of the fact that they seem to be quite busy with clients.

If you get into a situation where DEP demands that you repair your water mainline like we did, Richmond is the place to go. They are extremely knowledgeable about DEP and they will get the permits for you quickly. It took Chris and his team to finish the work the same day and Chris put the permit application in Monday and had them for Wednesday. We did not have to lift a finger. Chris was dependable, courteous, very experienced and he is very hands on as the manager/owner. Chris kept us in the loop as repairs were being done. We asked Chris for pics of our water mainline repair because we wanted to appeal the denial from American Water Resource. He made sure to send them to us without having to ask him. The workers cleaned the front of our home and the street too. They covered the hole very neatly and they were even nice enough to answer neighbors concerns they had about the work being done. I highly recommend them for any work you need done. My husband and I will be sure to hire them again for future home projects.

I would highly recommend this company to all in need of water, sewer and plumbing problems. We had an issue with our main water line in to the house. Chris was great to work with , he went out of his way making calls to home serve to get the job approved. The crew was out the next morning by 7 am repairing the problem. Chris is an honest, stand up guy. I was quoted $20 THOUSAND by another company to replace my sewer line, and I really only called Chris to shop around. He came up with a creative solution and didn’t rush into selling me a big job like the other guys. I am extremely grateful for his honesty and look forward to using Richmond Construction in the future.

Chris, the owner, and his team are fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, and courteous. They answered my call, worked with my insurance, and gathered permits all within less than a week to fix our water line leak. After having contacted 2 other plumbers who couldn’t do the job, Chris kindly stepped up and took care of everything. They informed neighbors of what was happening and cleaned up after spotlessly. Having American Water Resources coverage for my sewer line I had to use Richmond Construction. I could not be happier with the results. One phone call was all it took!
From the first tech that showed up until the construction crew left a few days later, Richmond construction handled everything with good communication and professionalism. The first two techs stayed late into the night to ensure they cleared my sewer line well enough to buy me some time until the permits to excavate outside could be pulled.
They took ownership of the job and stuck with it until the last guy swept himself out the door. Real pros and glad to know that they are the folks that get sent when you need a pro the most.

Eric, a plumber sent by Richmond Associates,, was most impressive in fixing a clogged sewer line extending out 16 feet underground from my house. The methodical steps in he took in removing the clog showed his clear analytical thinking. What I especially liked was that he explained what he was as doing and answered all my questions professionally.

DEP had to change out my water meter so I closed my Main valve to the house. Valve was frozen closed. I had a family friend recommend using them as they are listed with the water insurance company. The same evening they coned and posted construction signs and first thing in the morning were on the Job. They broke ground accessed city water supply and had me back in business in 3&1/2 hrs. Probably would have finished sooner if City inspectors weren’t training a new class of Inspectors on my site. Great crew of guys and would highly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.

I had a huge job. My sewer line had collapsed and my water line was lead both needing to be replaced. The problem was that my house is 22 feet high on a hill and the sewer and water line ran between two 100 year old protected trees and under a brittle retaining wall.

Other contractors said the only way they could do it was a hand dig and came up with outrageous prices with one too scared of the job. Chris came with Sergio and they analyzed the job and how they could do it to avoid a hand dig. They came up with a creative solution and did the job perfectly. The trees are still alive the retaining wall did not fall and everything that was removed for the job looked better afterwards than before. I could not ask for anything more. Also they were able to do the job for half the price due to their creative solutions.

I highly recommend them for your sewer and water line replacement. Though i did not know what I was getting into when i started and was very anxious i am glad i chose them.

One of the drivers hit my ladder on top of my van with their vehicle and left. Not even stopping and saying anything just drove of. Had to chase them down and giving me sarcasm apology, and saying I didn’t it you.(If he really means it or not you should’ve stop and check with the person of the vehicle. And saying you didn’t feel like you hit the vehicle)

Lou is the first plumber I've ever met that was not only on time, but 10 minutes early! Very professional and friendly, didn't even mind my curious puppy. Most importantly he fixed the leak.

Louie did a great job fixing the faucet leak in the kitchen. I recommend Capital Plumbing and plan to use them again in the future.

Lou showed up on a Saturday and fixed the issue I was having quickly and was very professional. Ive used this company a few times over the past 3 or 4 years and never had a bad experience. Would definitely recommend them.

Lou came in to repair my faucet and fix leaking valves. He was very professional and everything above and below the faucet looks great.

I was told there was a $49 service call and then I would get an estimate. Technician came, told my wife he could not fix a leak in a bath tub faucet and charged her $129. Didn't even turn off the water.
