Rocco was polite and professional throughout the inspection. Every question was answered throughly and in a way I could understand. I want to first start by expressing my gratitude to Rocco for making himself available to me with a 12 hr advance notice, I am on a tight closing timeline and did not think it would be possible, but he absolutely delivered! Rocco performed an oil tank sweep and sewer scope on a property I am looking to purchase. He was very communicative/responsive throughout the entire process, called me immediately after to explain in laymen's terms his findings, and then followed up with a very thorough and educational report of his findings. He also included an estimate, video of the sewer scope, and advised me how to remediate the issue even if I were to use another provider. It was a great experience and Rocco comes highly recommended by me!

Rocco was exceptional when doing our pool inspection. He was very thorough and sent us the write up that night. He went above and beyond and went back to check that something was fixed and followed through with by the owners the next day. Just an all around pleasant and sweet guy to work with. Rocco and his company were great, he was able to schedule me within 24hours and even some last minute changes. This was very helpful because it helped me coordinate with the other home inspector. He always responded quickly to my questions or concerns. Inspector was there early and I was able to do the whole inspection without actually being there, which helped me a lot. Report was delivered quickly (after hours, which tells me he was working late just to expedite the report) Overall great experience

General sewer had done a great job cleaning all our sewer lines at our condo development there professional work had uncovered a sham job done by the pervious sewer contractor. general sewer is a trust worthly company and we love there work performance. With there services they gave us a great deal of free TV pipe inspection for life and most importantly no charge for emergency responses. I have to add most times the previous contractor came in for sewer maintenance and we get a back up 2 weeks later and they charged us,but general sewer doesn't.....They are better than the rest.Thanks guy's
