Just got off the phone with Buttermark trying to schedule a potential repair. Rude as hell. Like I was bothering them. Never again.

Plumber replace a 12 inch water line to toilet tank. Job was completed in 1/2. Hour. Cost $300.00. to to much to replace a $15.00 water line.

Called for repair on saturday talked to answering service they said they would forward it to the owner and he would call me back.he left me a message on my voicemail called him back which put me back with their answering service again this happened once more.so I decided to call monday morning first thing the lady in the their office I have no appointment for today.after trying to explain what went on saturday still no appointment for today and she was rude about it.will take my bussniss someplace else.

The women who answers the phone is extremely rude and nasty. Was unwilling to listen. I would never use this company again.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY! Horrible customer service, doesnt answer any of your real questions. After installing a hot water heater which is within warranty will not come back out to service the unit without a fee.

Going on third day of telephone calls that I made. They don’t call you back. “Just follow protocol “. I tried talking nice but all I got was rudeness. Going to use someone else no matter what it costs.

Received their info from a friend and called to inquire about an estimate for a simple job (replacing a toilet). Person who answered phone was clearly annoyed that I didn't have knowledge of exactly what the job would entail beyond replacing the old commode with a new one.(How do I know if tiles will need to be replaced? That's what I expect someone who does plumbing for a living to tell me!). If I knew in detail what needed to be done, I wouldn't have to rely on the expertise of someone else! I don't spend money on companies that can't be bothered to not be rude with customers seeking information. Consider replacing the person answering your phones with someone who actually wants to help and can hide their contempt for people who don't already know how to do the job.
