The person who takes calls for this company, Angela is one of the rudest, most condescending people I have ever encountered. I’ve been a client of Buttermark plumbing for 7 years (yearly fire sprinkler inspection) and when I called with a leaky water heater issue she promptly told me they could not help - end of conversation. She had the audacity to ask what fire sprinkler inspection had to do with a water heater leak.
Nothing babe, but as a “professional” in the plumbing game you might have suggested what my next step might be.

Donald from Buttermark Plumbing came to my mom’s house to make several repairs that were desperately needed. She has been a customer for years. Donald was professional, kind and extremely helpful and fixed everything perfectly. Donald is a superstar and a great asset to the company. Thank you for everything!!

My mother called to make an appointment, the woman who answered the call asked her if she could afford to pay. She was beyond rude, to add further insult, no one ever showed up for the scheduled appointment. We had used Buttermark previously without any problems. They came recommended and at one time lived up to that recommendation. If your company no longer wants the business of certain clientele, then maybe your company should be brave enough to state that. If that’s not the case, get rid of that ignoramous who’s answering the phone and being blatantly disrespectful. She’s clearly uneducated and just bloody ignorant.

I was in need of a new hot water heater. I called Buttermark & Sons at 9AM. The person I spoke to was very polite and professional. I was given an exact price that was fair and not an estimate. Within 2 hours they were at my house and replacing the water heater. The job was done quickly. The plumber that replaced it was courteous, friendly, and did a great job. What I thought was going to be a stressful process was pain free. I can't ask for much more.

4 years ago, they installed a new boiler for me. The other day, it refused to light. I called, they showed up in a half hour. D. did diagnosis, didn't find the problem. Brought in the big guns, few minutes later, problem was diagnosed - a defective National Grid regulator (Not Buttermark's responsibility or business to service).
He was correct. It was only marginally bad, good enough to keep the water heater running, not good enough to run the boiler (The most difficult type of failure to diagnose and fix). Charge? "$0, boiler was a new system."
That's outstanding customer service and standing behind the sale.
((National Grid came in and replaced the regulator, all's good now.))

My hot water tank had a leak and I called All Pro. They were there promptly and fixed the problem and referred me to Radford Restoration to clean up the water that had puddled on the floor.. excellent service!

Called All Pro sewer & drain service when my sewer backed up, they showed up in a timely fashion and quickly cleared the back up. Jose was very professional! I will definitely use All Pro again.
