I like the business and had them work in the past on my property, but I had the worse experience I ever had with a technician called Alex, which I will never have him service my home again . Very arrogant will not explain or answer a question . First bad experience I ever had with any business . pac is a good business unfortunately sometimes a worker is not up to par with the reputation of its business

worst serve possibly was sold the wrong size boiler. wasted my day came back the next day and left for a company meeting. waited another two days and came back with an attitude . wish they had minus stars. they were supposed to leave me new thermostats which they did not . horrendus service . I told them I had a funeral also to come by 9 so they came at 9.20.

I had a terrible experience with this plumbing company. I called earlier today requesting that a technician come to my house to disconnect the water line to my refrigerator. I already shut the valve to the water line and just needed someone to place a threaded cap or compression plug on it as the new refrigerator did not require a water supply. The woman, Leeann, told me she could send someone out today, but couldn't give me a price because the technician needed to see the job to provide an estimate. She said they would charge me a flat fee of $75.00 if I decided not to do the job. Being this was a a very small job and would require no more than 10 minutes, I didn't think it would cost me more than $150.00. Well, when the technician came, I explained what was needed and also asked how much it would cost to regularly clean a sewer line. He quoted an astronomical amount of $600.00 plus tax for the sewer cleaning. I was shocked and told him that was way too high. He then looked under the sink to see what was needed, proceeded to plug info into his iPad and came up with another astronomical amount of $300 plus tax to simply cap the water line! I explained that I couldn't afford it and that the price was ridiculous. He asked if I would pay the $75 fee in cash or card. I told him cash and when I proceeded to give him $80 (four $20 bills) he said he didn't have change. I replied that I'd give him a card, but did not want to pay the credit card fee of 4% because he didn't have change. He called his office to inform them of the situation and then relayed to me that it was $75 fee plus tax totaling $81.65. At this point, I was in total disbelief and disgusted with their conniving, underhanded behavior, I told him to take the $80 and get the hell out! Bottom line, I ended up paying more than the quoted flat fee. CROOKS!!!

I understand that businesses need to charge for their services, but I believe customers should be given clear, upfront pricing and treated fairly. The entire experience left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of.

I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be looking elsewhere for future plumbing needs.!!! They don't even deserve the one star I had to give to write this review!!!

Worst a/c man doesn't care about customer satisfaction and the proper way job should be done correctly all he cares about is getting paid and leaving customers disappointed and dissatisfied

The tech was nice but super dirty. He stood in dirty water and walked through my hall, stairs and carpet with the same dirty water shoes. It cost over 1k for a clogged pipe which is still draining slow.

Serviced my AC, hundreds of dollars later my AC still didn't work. After speaking with owner , he sent a new crew. This time it was diagnosed as something other than what I paid for. Speaking to the owner or possibly the manager he was extremely rude and expected me too pay for a second visit.
Horrible service and very rude, and now I have to pay another company to fix it properly.

Great job and service provided by Sal/James and their team at Reliable Heating and Cooling. I had them install a new HVAC system (middle of July) which was done in a timely manner. This was all done in 100 degree heat. They were also very neat in cleaning up after the job was finished. I highly recommend this company for any heating and cooling needs.

Customer service is lacking. Unprofessional technicians,rude and disrespectful. No accountability from the owner Paul . Disappointed,to say the least. Will not be using them again.

I paid approximately $150 just to have a technician come out and diagnose my Lennox central AC. The technician immediately told me my system was 12 years old, that it needed refrigerant, and began recommending replacing the entire system for around $20,000.

What disappointed me was that no effort was made to diagnose the root cause of the problem. I was told the system needed refrigerant, but they couldn't even tell me how many pounds it would require until they started charging me. The quoted price was $500 for the first three pounds and $165 for every additional pound.

I specifically asked whether they could check for a refrigerant leak or inspect common failure points such as valves, fittings, or other components before recommending a complete replacement. That diagnostic work was not offered.

Refrigerant does not simply disappear from a sealed system. If it's low, there should be an effort to identify the cause instead of immediately recommending either adding refrigerant without locating the leak or replacing the entire system.

I paid for a service call expecting a thorough diagnosis, not a sales presentation. I left feeling that the focus was on selling a new system rather than helping me understand what was actually wrong with my existing one.

I would HIGHLY recommend Patriot heating and cooling. During this heatwave we had a problem with our AC not working and Daniel came out immediately- found the issue and corrected it. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He was a life saver

A learning experience. An incomplete diagnostic for $375. Gene said he programmed thermostats, did not. Three thermostats that were already working kept working and two thermostats that weren't working stayed that way. Gene acted like he was fixing thermostat wiring by opening covering and putting tape around two wires that were not bare or cut. Wire still didn't work yet he claims he fixed it. He suggested instead to go wireless instead of wired. Then he looked at failed heat pump and thinks it's cooling because it has refrigerant BUT the fan never came on. With more questioning Gene wrote back he could return to poke around for $550 more after I got new thermostats.

I highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable and prompt service.

Very Fast Response, Excellent Service, Very Honest and had the best prices. I will definitely use and recommend them for all my heating and air conditioning needs.

On the coldest day ( 1/31/19 & 5 above ) the furnace decided to take a vacation and not fire up. I called at 6:45 AM and The tech was there at 8:00 He found the problem & had me up and going in short order. I was prepared for an expensive repair, since it's 5 degrees out , But " Danny" said that it is the ignitor and it is a common failure & that it is an inexpensive repair ! WOW ! Great service & Honest also. This one visit has made NY Heat & Air my # 1 go to company for HVAC problem solving , "Danny" was the best.

Work was done well and quick. After about 45 cost me minutes $730. Replaced 2 capacitors, ( a very inexpensive piece) I paid but will never call back. Not sure how any of this company wants to earn your business long term!

I called on one of the hottest days of the summer when when our air went out and Danny was at our house within the hour. He was quick, efficient and professional! He diagnosed the problem and let us know the solution in no time.

I got home from a long day of work and my central air was not working, it was 84 degrees in my house!!!! I went on google and called multiple places to fix it and they all told me they can come in 2-3 days to look at it!!!! I called New York Heating and Air Conditioning and they were at my house in a half hour!!!!! They fixed the problem in a half hour and charged me half the price of the last guy that fixed it, several years ago!!!!! Also the last guy that fixed it did not mount a piece properly and was a severe fire hazard, New York Heating and Air Conditioning fixed the fire hazard and mounted the piece properly!!!!!! I would highly recommend them!!!!! The owner of the company came himself and was super honest and friendly!!!!!! What an amazing company!!!!!!!!
