We did business with them 6 months ago and had a great experience. This time we got a price from them for extensive weather related damage. We said yes right away to bid and them were told it would be a few weeks or more. Few weeks went by and we were trying to make plans for the lawn cleanup but all on hold till tree men came. We called back and were told again they’d call when they could fit it in. Few more days and decided to get another quote. They scheduled the job right then and there. Meanwhile i guess cedar pond had a cancellation and could they come the next am. we said no and said giving us an idea of the schedule would have made a difference.
