Had my home powerwashed by a local painter offering powerwashing at $299. He was done in 2 hours. It was my first time hiring for such a service.

A few years later, on multiple Facebook references, I called Prism. They spent 5 hours on my home. Results we're amazing! These guys were on ladders all over my entire home. The previous contractor did everything from the ground. Only now do I see the difference.

My home is white and prone to getting stubborn black spots. The first time, the black spots were only lightened. Prism eliminated them entirely with a treatment for mold and mildew. I didn't pay extra for the treatment.

I also learned that siding should never be powerwashed from the ground to reach the second floor, as water gets forced behind the siding creating a condition that fosters mold growth.

These guys are quite knowledgeable and professional. I paid a little more than $299, but the results are completely worth it. Money well spent.

I'm trying to reach them for a couple of months. They do not answer phones or reply to emails. I wonder if they're a legit company or still in business.

The house Jason worked on is my mom's... she is 92 and was born in this house. With the original windows it was a difficult job. He quoted a fair price, and showed up when he said he would. I and more importantly, my mom could not be happier with the quality of the work.
