Jason and his assistant came yesterday to clean my windows and they did a superb job. WhenJason did not show up for our first appointment, I was annoyed because I left work early and no one from Prism Window Cleaning called to let me know they won't be coming. His wife called me the following Monday to tell me that Jason was hospitalized and she would like to set up another appointment. I'm glad I did because Jason is a consummate professional and a genjuinely nice person who cares about his clients. I highly recommend Prism Window Cleaners to anyone and I will use their services for as long as I am in Suffern.

Our house is stucco and cedar siding with large windows and skylights. The windows especially had seen better days (and that’s being kind). Everything looks like brand new - and they were very professional, fair and extremely detail oriented. I highly recommend.

Jason and his team were very professional first off they had shoe covers to protect my floors, cleaned the screens, the sills, and the skylights. I recommend them

I’ve never seen my home look so beautiful. We bought the house several years ago and probably would’ve paid more for it if it was as sparkly clean as it looks today. Jay was super responsive and was able to come give us a quote within days and ready to get the job done just a few short days after that. He had one other guy with him who was super professional and very sweet. Would absolutely recommend this service.

Precision Window Cleaning is absolutely superb! They did a thorough, meticulous job. Additionally, the owner and his employee who did the work were extremely nice, thoughtful, and patient.
Every piece of furniture etc that had to get moved for the work was put back exactly as before. I recommend them 100%!

Very professional and responsive! Prism performed multiple jobs for us- from power washing our deck and patio, to window/ skylight cleaning, to chandelier cleaning- all with outstanding results. Jason is very knowledgeable and accommodating, and was very respectful with PPE while in the house. My windows and chandelier had not been cleaned for several years, and truly looked like they were brand new, by the time he had completed the job. Prism is a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend them!

The guys did a great job cleaning our windows (one was a 16-foot glass plate) and making them shine. I would highly recommend Prism if you ever need window cleaning. Job well done!!

As someone who is very particular with clean windows, I highly recommend Prism window cleaning!! I was very impressed with the detailed service. Every window in my house is sparkling clean, and we have quite a few! I inspected all the windows at the end with Jason, to make sure that nothing was missed. Couldn't find a speck!

Prism Window Cleaning Services was recommended by a few people on NextDoor. I called Jason the owner twice and left voice mail messages and even emailed them in regards to having our windows cleaned! No response. Nothing but crickets. I would never recommend this company. Horrible, dreadful Customer Service! They have demonstrated a total lack of professionalism and obviously they don't value new customers. If they weren't interested in doing the job, a simple phone call out of respect and as a courtesy would have been appreciated. So I found someone else! Blue Ocean Window Cleaning Services was prompt in responding to my call (same day) and with scheduling an appointment! How Prism Window Cleaning Service has such high ratings on Google makes me wonder if the reviews are even authentic.

I first hired Prism Window Cleaning to clean the windows on my entire house. They were very reasonable and did an excellent job. I then brought them back them to power wash my stone patios, brick pillars, and pergola. They also cleaned and hand waxed my water slide.
On each project, the quality of service was excellent and the price was reasonable. They were on time and professional.

The best! We’ve had our house power washed by other companies in the past and nothing compares to the job Prism does. We thought our house was clean with the other companies but once we saw the time, effort and result from Jason and his team we realized not all power washing is created equal.
