Prism just left and the house and windows have never looked this good. The soft wash was better than any power wash we’ve done in the past. Windows are spotless. Crew was prompt, thorough and very neat. I would recommend Prism to anyone and look forward to using them in the future.

It's been years since I last had Prism Window Cleaning Professionals clean my windows, and after many years of doing them myself—which takes days and hours—I decided to reach out to them again. They completed the entire job in just one day, and it was done to perfection! I was so impressed that I had them return to do a soft wash of my home’s siding and brick. They even cleaned the windows again afterward, and the results were outstanding.

Prism is not only professional, organized, and meticulous, but they were also very respectful of my property and schedule.

Horrible customer service!!! I did Soft Wash they promised a 2 year warranty..... within the year the siding was fully dirty again.... I'm trying to contact them since but they keep on either ignoring emails and phone calls.... or once they brushed me off saying that I'm on their schedule for August. I waited all of August but no one came. I'm calling again since September 1st only to get either a voicemail or no answer. Once a guy answered, promised to return my call same day but never did.

Our experience with Jason and his team was truly incredible. We have a house with extensive floor to ceiling windows. We had never had them cleaned professionally. When Jason came to give the quote he told me he felt he could transform the house. I never could have imagined the difference he could make. They spent two days scraping and cleaning and even removing the interior panels and scraping and cleaning those. The result was incredible! I had no idea that our windows could look like that. Jason knew that we were preparing to list our house to sell and at the end of the second day when he reviewed the work, he found a few areas that he felt he could work on more. And he came back on the weekend on his own to see if he could make them even better! And he did! That kind of service just isn't seen anymore. He took a personal interest in making sure our home looked its absolute best. We were so impressed with the end result and even our photographer for the listing photos couldn't stop talking about how amazing the windows look. Thank so much to Jason for treating our home like it was your very own and going above and beyond to do the best work possible.

They have not cleaned up the snow from Monday or today (Thursday). They don't answer their phone, return voice mail messages or text messages. They are VERY NEGLIGENT!

I have used Knapp's Landscaping several times over the year for various projects from plantings, to grading to mulch. They have always been excellent. I am looking forward to using them in the near future for hardscape work around my gardens and driveway!

I've seen their work and it's good. My complaint is that their men disregard laws and the environment. At Ramapo Cirque, the side adjoining the brook, they regularly blow all the leaves which caused all the garbage on the embankment to be blown into the brook. When the office was called they were rude and told us to not bother them again.

The Knapps team arrived at my home and trimmed the trees, removed unwanted bushes and laid black mulch. Their work was excellent and they were professional and quick. I highly recommend this company

Knapp Landscaping did a fantastic job of replacing my old walkway with a gorgeous paver walkway and front porch with pavers and bluestone. They did meticulous work, were polite and cleaned up after themselves. We have gotten so many compliments on this great improvement to our home! Impeccable work and highly recommend! 10/10 stars for Knapps. We are so happy with the way our front yard, backyard and driveway came out. The owner and his team made it all happen before my husbands birthday. (we were on a bit of a time crunch) The workers who came to our home every day were so hard working. We are always happy to support a family run business. Especially a business with excellent communication skills. I highly recommend, they really made our dreams come to life.
