HVAC reviews in Valley Stream, New York

This review is not for the quality of the service, but for the professionalism of one of the servicemen who worked in my apartment building.

First, one of the workers probably got huffy with me after he asked if there were any bathrooms in the building and I said no (I was thinking public bathrooms and was not going to invite strange men into my apartment with just me and a newborn). So later, when I asked him politely to please turn down his radio so it wouldn't wake my baby, he muttered, "What hospitality here. Such great hospitality!" (Being sarcastic of course.) I stared him down in disbelief at the rudeness.

Not more than 5 minutes later, he knocked on my door and dared to asked to use my bathroom to wash his hands! I let him. As he walked out, he asked if his brother could use the bathroom too. Wow- he actually had the audacity to ask these things after being so rude to me.

This guy was super unprofessional if he thought he could expect to use any ol resident's bathroom in an apartment building - especially when he wasn't hired by a resident but by he apartment's management company. If a company is going to work in NYC, they need to learn where they can use the restroom, or they need to learn to ask politely. And on top of that, he wanted to be a smart aleck too. Nice...who wants to encounter this kind of rudeness.

I've already requested my management company not to hire these guys again.

All I can say is these guys are the real deal and they are a pleasure to work with. Their service is great. Their team comes off as happy and well trained for the services they provide. Thank you guys!

As a board member at a coop I contracted chute to clean dryer vents in 26 units. They arrived on time and cleaned all 26 in one day. The team was very polite and cooperative, they interactivated very well with our residents. I can not speak highly enough regarding their professional approach.

Yesterday we had a crew from chute plus come to our facility. The crew that came were extremely professional and friendly. They did a thorough job. They cleaned up after themselves. We recently switched to their company and we are so glad we did. You will be glad you chose them as well.

Scheduled an appt for a vent cleaning and was given a window from 12pm-3pm. No one showed up, none of the dispatchers knew what was going on or could tell me anything. Waste of a day

I don’t know much about this company but one of the drivers tried to run me off the road this morning. It was a woman driving and a male passenger license plate New York 5555NB. This company really needs to do background checks and sobriety test before hiring their employees!

Hvac system went in my office so called local United rentals. Spoke with Andrew who was able to get temp heat to me the same day. Techs were really friendly and installed everything right away.

Had a leak in my basement. Called my local United Rentals and they were great!!! I had the equipment i needed within an hour! Outstanding service Highly Recommend!!!!
