Let me start by saying, that I am very particular about who I allow to work in my home because I find that many companies do not send mechanics who are very experienced in their craft. ASB and Sayed not only know their craft, but they are professional and always stand behind their work as well as price their projects fairly. The last project they did for me was a water heater and I was well satisfied. Sayed was recommended to me by my neighbor and I will be recommending him to anyone I know who would need their services.

I’m a first time homebuyer and have no idea about anything with plumbing, heating, electrical etc. I called ASB heating and plumbing for an issue with my tankless water heater and they were so helpful and nice. I had called roto rooter in the past and they didn’t know anything about my water heater and charged me triple the amount just to look at it and fix nothing. The guys from ASB heating and plumbing were fast and knew exactly how to fix the problem. They explained to me everything in a way I understood and I really appreciate that. I decided to change my boiler and water heater and I found this company online with good reviews. These guys are great, they have fair price and did an excellent job. Saif, the technician, made the whole process easy with very good communication. It was a great experience. I would gladly recommend them.

Better rates and service as well as customer care than other companies I have received service from - namely - Norton Heating (has techs that are rude to you inside your home and uses deceptive sales techniques as well as exorbitant prices) and Smith Bros (unprofessional scheduling- did not confirm until the last second and exorbitant prices). The techs at ASB are kind, thoughtful, considerate, I felt safe and comfortable in my home. No one made me feel threatened or unsafe. The work was done in a timely manner. I was not left hanging by reception. Secretary is very responsive. The fees are not hidden. No deceptive sales techniques. Fair pricing. You won’t find a better company for your boiler needs. I spent the entire winter of 2024-2025 with a broken boiler and had many mishaps with techs from different companies as a woman alone in her home- I was made very uncomfortable by other companies even Norton who had originally done the install of our faulty boiler and finally ASB was able to reset my faulty system and keep me warm for a few weeks and then installed a brand new system at a price that was very fair.

After dealing with a rough season last year with boiler issues, I found ASB to help us. Saeed and his team did an excellent job replacing our boiler! They were very professional and communicative from start to finish, keeping us updated every step of the way. The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. I cannot speak highly enough of ASB Heating and Plumbing. They provided exceptional service during a recent boiler replacement for my elderly mother in Queens, NY. I live in Tampa, Florida, so I had to manage the entire project remotely during one of the coldest stretches of the year.

I worked closely with Sayeed and Aanisah throughout the process. Sayeed took the time to clearly explain what was needed, cut through the conflicting information we were receiving from other companies, and guided us toward a Williamson boiler that proved to be an excellent fit for my mother’s home.
