I scheduled a routine service call. They drained 2 five gallon buckets of dirty water. When they turned on the boiler, the water was still brown in the sight glass. He told me it was the pipes. No mention of heating sludge or the need to flush the system. Didn't ask about the heat or anything. After he's done I was told that there was a leak from the water gauge and the seal was no good.

The house inspector said that the boiler was fairly new so there shouldn't be any leaks.

He could replace water gauge for $245. I never saw the leak because he turned off the water level gauge. It turned out that the "seal" was a washer and ringer for about $3 for a set. When I pointed this out he changed his price to $145. I agreed and sent him pictures of the needed parts to ask if they were okay before I brought them. No response! Since he wasn't getting the money he thought he was gonna get, he couldn't be bothered and ghosted me. Now I have to find a REAL plumber. Always do your research. These people will lie to take your money

Very good customer service. Helped me find the best price to install my new boiler. They finished my boiler in 6 hours which is better than the previous company I’ve used before.

Being an out-of-state landlord, it is very stressful when your tenant calls you telling you that They don’t have heat or hot water- After calling a few different companies for my Navien water heater and getting the runaround, Paul and Saif came out the night of and had my Navien water heaters up and running The next day.
I will definitely be using them for my plumbing and Navien water heater needs going forward.

A friend of mine recommended ASB heating and plumbing for a new boiler installation. Spoke to a gentleman Syed “owner and installer” as he was my third quote on a navien tankless HW heater and boiler combo. After checking his rating and reviews on Google I decided to go with ASB.
He walked me through my heating system and found a problem with both zones, 1st and 2nd floor were tied into each other. Syed figured it out and separated so the both floors getting accurate heating for each zone. The previous owners always said the house over heats and never knew why.
I was extremely impressed with knowledge and one day installation basically never leaving us without heat or hot water. He stayed until the job was completed.
I received Quality and professional services.

Sayed in ASB Heating and Plumbing is friendly, professional and competitive. My old readiator heating was not working properly. He suggested to replace it with updated Navien combi tankless system. He have me a very reasonable price. Removing old system and installation of new system was flawless. It is just around 5 more months and system is running perfectly. Sayed was available when needed. I will update my review after one year if there is any change. Right now I am happy with ASB service.
