Constraction reviews in Webster, New York

Thank you so much to the crew led by Dario and Matthew Van Horn for doing a beautiful job on my new roof just in time! They were amazingly efficient, kind, and I really appreciated the check ins and photos of what needed to be addressed and how the project was going. I couldn't believe how quickly, the job was completed and really appreciate this crew throughout the whole process! Thank you!

Graves Bros. and Oaks are great to work with. We needed a repair on our house roof over the winter last year and their crew got the work done quickly and did a great job.

We also just had them replace our garage roof. The sales representative (Preet) was responsive, very professional, and informative. The onsite supervisor (Colin) was also very professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the day with photos, etc. The entire crew did a great job with the roof and did a thorough clean up. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again.

I am very pleased to say working with Oaks Construction was a great decision on our part. I have not had very good experiences with contractors in the past so I tend to be quite a skeptic but the entire experience was professional and easy. Their salesman, Jeff, was extremely knowledgeable and was NOT pushy. We had quotes back within just a few days and the job started shortly after. The crew that showed up was professional and worked diligently until the job was done. The on site supervisors were great. They handled any issues that came up with ease. These people are professionals! They functioned like a well-oiled machine. I was even impressed with the clean up. We have a little follow up to do but I am not concerned in the slightest that that too will go smoothly. I will be using Oaks for future projects and recommend them to anyone looking for an above average contractor experience.

Great communication. Professional, hardworking team. Roof done in 2 days. Nice clean up as well.

Nicole's professional approach and accurate quote made the whole process easy to start off! Colin the project manager was excellent too. Great communication, timeliness, expectation setting and crew!

The worker Connor did an amazing job. Definitely new what he was doing and worked quickly as to not run up the bill. Very professional and cleanliness was impeccable. Will recommend this company to anybody who needs siding repair. Would give 6 stars if I could.

I've just had a roof installed by Oaks roofing and siding. I am very pleased with the whole process. The crew are skilled, hardworking and polite. The roof looks very good. The on site supervisor is very thorough. I come from an extended family of construction workers and I am very pleased with the honesty, quality of work and the clean up. I would definitely use Oaks roofing and siding again. In fact, I am going to.

The entire process of acquiring a new roof was a positive experience due to the professional and caring approach of Jason, Colin and the rest of the employees of Oaks Roofing and Siding Company. The job was completed in one day and the workmanship was excellent. The entire process was explained thoroughly and documented by 200 pictures. My property was respected and cleaned prior to the crew leaving. I would use Oaks again without hesitation.

Connor K was terrific! He really helped us out and I'd definitely recommend him. Fast, professional, and helpful.

Highly recommend Oaks Roofing. Very professional and knowledgeable. Colin kept us informed ever step of the process. The workers were efficient. Job very well done.

I want to THANK personally JOHN KOGEL for his 'detail' workmanship that he did on my house repair. John & I had frequent discussions on his 'expertise' replacing many areas of my house that needed to be done. He deserves recognition for a
'JOB WELL DONE' 3 WOW! for JOHN !!!!
my best to him, Bob Skrypek, homeowner.

Mike, Nicole, and the entire crew were wonderful to work with. They communicate with you during the entire process, even sending you pictures along the way. Customer service and experience is truly a top priority for Oaks! We highly recommend this company.

Pros: laborers are extremely friendly, courteous and proficient. They are happy in their work, only need minor supervision, and the end result is a job well done. The workers and materials arrived on time. The laborers worked almost from almost dawn to dusk for two solid days. The on-site supervisor was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the project and kept me informed. Oaks is very customer focused!

Cons: communication within the management team is a challenge. Some work that was requested was not done and others didn't get included in the contract and had to be added. At the end the dumpster driver did not sweep up, leaving at least 22 nails in my driveway at my last count.

Questioning if the whirly birds are worth it in this climate, will see how they help.

The Oaks team did a fantastic job tearing off our old roof and replacing it! Site Supervisor Colin Chase was friendly, easy to work with, and very helpful in explaining the steps in the process. They took care to leave the site tidy when they were finished with the job.

Brandon and Blake did an exceptional job on our roofing repair. They were thorough, explained what they repaired, and even took care of the leaves in the gutters. Definitely recommend and will be reaching out when it’s time for a full replacement :)

Colon and Jose’ were extremely informative and professional. The staff were truly great and very hard workers. The roof looks fantastic and looking forward to getting the gutters done soon.

Blake and Brandon were courteous, resourceful, and thorough. I also appreciated that they were able to work around my tight schedule even when the weather did not cooperate.

Mike was our estimator, Joe our on-site supervisor. Summarizing in one word: Professional with a capital P. Crew was also great working through a 2 day roofing job in cold blustery conditions.

Brandon came to repair a few pieces of siding that had blown off or that were loose. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and was clearly all about the customer! I would highly recommend Brandon and Oaks Roofing and Siding for any roofing/siding issues!

Totally satisfied with the work that was done. Guys were professional and they got the job done in a timely manner. This is the company to go for if you need siding done or repair. I definitely will call in the future for more work
