Constraction reviews in Webster, New York

Recently had some siding and flashing repaired/ replaced due to wind damage. The assessment was thorough with an eye for detail, and Blake did a great job on the repair in spite of the frigid temperature. I've used Graves Brothers in the past, now under the Oaks Roofing & Siding name I have every confidence their great service will continue the next time I need to call

Best roofing experience, highly recommend Oaks Roofing and Siding. Whole team was awesome, from assessment to cleanup. After we approved their quote they returned and completed the entire tear off roof in 1 day!! The team was so fast and thorough, our whole neighborhood was impressed. The team was proactive about sharing progress, pictures, and sharing feedback. The quality of the work and cleanup was exceptional and we are now confident with our new roof after a weeks worth of constant rain! Thank you!!! We hope we won’t need you again soon!

Jeff did a excellent job coordinating job and explaining what was to be done and the materials they use. Nicole did a great job on keeping me informed on project was going and answering questions I had. The crew did an exceptional job. Very neat and efficient. One of best experiences I've had.

Blake was on time, efficient, polite and left the work area as clean as when he arrived. Photos were taken of the repair and shared with us. Would definitely have him do any future repairs. Job well done!

our new siding looks beautiful. a professional job for sure. Bob (supervisor) was great communicating with us.
workers were respectful and speedy.

Bob was a great help in managing the Roof completion for the company I work for came out great and was transparent and communicated. Will be doing buisness again in the future for personal inquiries.

We are very happy with Oak Roofing. Trey our sales guy and Nicole our project manager were so great. Thanks to all the hard working roofers too! Love the new roof!

We had to get a new roof on our house and I would highly recommend this Oaks. The price was very reasonable for the size of our roof. The gentleman that came and gave us her estimate was very respectful and very very nice. Explained everything in detail. They were able to complete our roof in one day in February when it was 15° outside. They also did amazing cleanup.

AJ and crew did a FANTASTIC job reclaiming my back yard. Tree removal, grading, seeding, a creative and unique bolder line with existing large boulders...truly remarkable transformation! They edged, mulched, put in an off-patio paver base, turning my back yard into a park-like space. Great people, great ideas, very reasonably priced and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
They also leveled an unusable section back yard at another home into lush lawn space by adding topsoil and removing roots. Call AJ for your needs!

AJ did an amazing job grading the dirt around our foundation. He was prompt, answered our phone calls and provided a quote immediately. We appreciate his outstanding work and customer service.

I called a dozen companies and Jeff of City Wide responded and did the job the same day! The price was very fair and I'll be calling on City Wide for future projects.

Jeff from City Wide did an amazing job roofing my house. I would definitely recommend!!

This roofing company did an excellent job when it came to reroofing our flat and pitch roofs. They had a very efficient team, which were able to complete the project ahead of time. Most of all, they are very adaptable to any changes we’ve suggested. Very much recommended.

Hack Job Jeff. Last year I had Jeff install new doors at my home. One normal size door and one door that needed to be increased to normal size. The experience was one of the worst experiences I have had with a contractor. From the hack job left of my new doors and the surrounding vinyl wrap to the very moments of Jeff himself covering up my security cameras with drop cloths. (why?) It was also disheartening to listen to the negativity and complaints about not having easy access to the house for the work that did not require such access. My biggest complaint is of his vinyl wrap. He compromised all of the wrap of my entire sunroom, not just around the door. I had to spend thousands for American Customs to come out and do the job right. The before and after photos of his kindergarten hack job Jeff work are disgusting' compared to the proper beautiful quality work I received from American Customs. I did ask for some of my money in return due to his lack of capabilities for work he took on but unfortunately never saw a penny back. To add to that my doors are not square and you can see clear outside a the tops. It is so disheartening to save... pay for high quality work and it turn out to be garbage. I would ask you to reach out for my before and after photos of Jeffs work (who used my old door by the way with the dead bolt hole in it for a HEADER!) before you do business with him. Hack Job Jeff... might as well be theft.

Our flat roof was leaking, and I was worried about water damage. This company did a professional flat roof repair. They sealed the leaks and ensured our roof was watertight.

My old roof had severe wear and multiple leaks, so I needed a complete roof replacement. They removed the old materials and installed a new, durable roof that looks fantastic. The crew worked efficiently, and the whole process was stress-free.

I had a roof maintenance service hired, and they did an excellent job. They were punctual, professional, and detail-oriented. I needed to find a reliable roofing contractor to inspect my roof and provide a professional assessment. This company was knowledgeable, honest, and provided a fair and accurate estimate for the necessary repairs.

I hired their roofing contractor to check and repair some damaged shingles. The service was professional, and they explained each step clearly. I’m really pleased with their honesty and work quality.

Normally‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ you can't expect an affordable roof repair to be of such high quality, but they managed to provide both. The roofer took time to explain the problem and he fixed it without any unnecessary sales. Great service and fair pricing.
